Flop 30 is chic styled with two king-size memory foam mattresses and a bunk room with a queen loft bed and single twin floor mattress. A fully fenced side yard also offers a private retreat to enjoy the evenings grilling and chilling. The house has a kitchen stocked for any household chef!

Flop is a 5-minute drive to Pier Park and all it offers. Shopping, restaurants, and arcades highlight the open-air mall, but remember to stroll down the pier overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Depending on the season, there is no telling what you may see! Pier Park is also home to the Sky Wheel, where you can catch a bird's eye view of Panama City Beach at 200' in the air! Pelican's Landing is also a 5-minute drive to Frank Brown Park, a sports complex known for tournaments almost year-round.

Flop 30 is a modern beach living must-see! Its calming colors and proper amenities will make all guests feel at home! The kitchen is stocked and outfitted with stainless steel appliances, while a large quartz breakfast bar makes meals and cleanup a breeze! The primary bedroom has a large closet and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. The guest room also has a large closet and shares the hallway bathroom with the bunk room.
