Charming, Spacious Remodeled Pine Point Beach House Steps To Sandy Beach
Spend your vacation at our charming beach house which has been completely remodeled. Beautiful Pine Point beach and Maine's famous 7 miles of sandy beach is just a 3-4 minute leisurely walk from our quiet, family friendly street. Our spacious farmhouse style home is large, bright and tastefully decorated throughout. Our home has stunning hardwood and tile floors with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, and kitchen. Each bedroom is very roomy new mattresses and ceiling fans. All kitchen appliances are new with complete kitchenware and conveniences. Outside the large backyard is perfect for picnics or barbecues with gas grill and plenty of lawn furniture. We have plenty of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids to use!!
The house is a duplex and does have a large shared back yard. Each side has their own private grills, decks & driveway.
