Sit above the clouds in Santa Barbara’s prestigious Riviera Canyon. Here it’s all about the slow pace surrounded by relaxing foliage and inspiring views. Exciting daytime activities include hikes on nearby local trails as the nearby foothills offer amazing groomed trails to explore for hours. Choose to relax and stay in to admire the “American Riviera” or hit the town below as you'll just be a few minutes' drive from all downtown Santa Barbara has to offer.

This spacious and bright hillside home is relaxing and comfortable with a traditional Great Room featuring a cozy fireplace and sleeper sofa for added convenience. A Dining Room blends with a separate sitting area towards the Kitchen where all amenities are available. A sliding door leads to an enclosed patio with a bistro table and barbecue. Three Bedrooms provide luxurious accommodations with two of the rooms including sliding doors to the large wrapped deck. A spacious outdoor dining table, couches, and umbrella provide the perfect place to enjoy warm sunshine all day long, and the best views of sunrises and sunsets. Step down into a lower area where chaise lounges invite more sunbathing and views of the winding canyon below.

Great time in Santa Barbara
The house and location were wonderful. The views form the deck were amazing and we were within 15 minutes of any activity that we wished to do. I cannot recommend this house enough!

Delightful Stay
We had a delightful stay at our Santa Barbara Riviera rental. The home was so neat, clean, and inviting. It is also very private and the view is spectacular. We so enjoyed our little get away with family to a new environment during this pandemic.

The property has a great location looking over the city and the ocean. We enjoyed the deck chairs on the large deck and the fully stocked kitchen. The location was so very quiet and we enjoyed seeing deer daily across the canyon. We would definitely return to this house.

This home has beautiful views and is very accessible to the beautiful hikes , beaches and down town Santa Barbara . The house was prepared thoughtfully, the kitchen was well equipped and it was comfortable throughout . It felt like a home, safe and secure, a perfect retreat in these difficult times.

Our Riveria Canyon visit was comfortable and relaxing, yet only a short drive from State St. The house is very well equipped and has many thoughtful touches … outdoor seating areas, plenty of kitchen amenities as well as beach items, books and games. I highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon.

We absolutely loved this place, the house is cosy and beautiful and has all the amenities one might need. The view is stunning and so peaceful. We felt like we were at a resort. Perfect -- House, View and Family Reunion
The house and property are spectacular. The view from the upstairs living room is stunning! And the plantings in front and back are impressive. There was plenty of room in the house for our group of six, and the open space was perfect for our group of, at times, ten family members for a reunion and memorial for our sister. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the kitchen and dining area are perfect for people to gather. Loved the house as did everyone!
