Scenic Sanctuary is a spectacular custom luxury log cabin that offers scenic mountain views while providing the privacy of acres of trees. This cabin is conveniently located 5 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, 3.2 miles from Wears Valley Road and 15 minutes from the front or rear entrances to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Townsend offer a wide variety of activities. The large outdoor and indoor pools and recreational facilities are at the Pigeon Forge Community Center about 15 minutes from Scenic Sanctuary. The 3 king beds have 12" full foam king mattresses that were installed in January, 2023. Scenic Sanctuary has clean and ample Sevier County water.

Relax after an exciting day of sight-seeing, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, going to Dollywood, etc.. on one of the three rear porches or in the hot tub. Plenty of rocking chairs and a double porch swing guarantee everyone a front row view of the mountains. Head up the beautiful spiral staircase to the loft with pool table, foosball, game table, a love seat, a queen sleeper sofa, 37" flat screen HDTV with DVD player, an electronic full keyboard piano and half bath.

On the main level, enjoy the comfort of a spacious master king bed suite with a stacked stone propane fireplace, desk, 37' flat screen HDTV with DVD player, and a bathroom with whirlpool tub and double sinks. The main level also offers a great room with stacked stone propane fireplace, 40” flat screen TV with DVD player, a pull out queen sofa, and a kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dining table for 8 as well as an expandable side table for additional seating for 4.

Continue down the second spiral staircase to the theater room with a 50” HDTV, Blue Ray player with surround sound, and seating for 8 (including a fully reclining sofa and queen sleeper sofa). The two spacious king bed suites on the lower level each have a bathroom, desk, flat screen TV (with DVD player) a shared deck and mountain views.

You’ll also find level parking for up to 4 vehicles with only 1 step up to the front door.
