Great cabin!!

The layout was perfect for our large family! Everyone had their own space and the living/dining area was perfect for us. The downstairs was a hit with everyone, especially the kids and teens! Location is great, you’re only 10-12 minutes from the strip!

Great place

We have been coming to this area for the last 5 years. This is by far the cleanest cabin we have rented. Some wear and tear from use but overall great place. Will rent again. Not a great view and nearby cabins but still a great place!

Nice Cabin

This was my first time renting a cabin. Overall it was a good price for what you get. I had read previous reviews about this cabin and unfortunately had some of the same issues. There was not enough toilet paper, there were no spare trash bags, there were 9 light bulbs that didn’t work throughout the cabin. Fire Pit area is very small with chairs that are breaking. We went to use the hot tub but the musty smell turned us away from using it. Only 1 fireplace work.

Paradise in the woods

Stayed for 3 nights cabin was amazing. All the amenities you need and then some you didn’t know you needed. All the balconies has sufficient seating and loved the porch swings. Plenty of space for the whole family. The screened in porch for the hot tub and longing area was amazing. I have stayed in several cabins and this is the first time I’ve used the hot tub as I didn’t need to fight off bugs. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone traveling with a larger group. Have already talked about booking again!!

Memorable experience!! 🐻

When we arrived at the Cabin it’s very big and a lot of rooms, extra pillows, blankets and it’s pretty clean. It’s just the closets need to be clean and some drawers because it’s dusty and there are some dirts. I will recommend everyone to stay on this place if you are groups because it’s very big and beautiful place. The patio is so relaxing it’s just need to clean a little bit because it has a lot of dead leaves. We also did a s’mores, BBQ, but suddenly we got encountered a big black bear on our Cabin outside which panic us but it was a memorable stay. Me and my friends was having fun!!! We love the place just some few cleanings.

Beautiful home and Location but could use some work on cleaning the inside

Beautiful home and a great location. It is pet friendly there was pet hair on the pillows and behind the doors, Vacasa was very helpful and quick, there was a couple of sheets and pillowcases missing and the ones that was on the beds was stained and had a bad odor, when we checked the closet there was pillows with yellow, red stains, and some type of fur/hair all over them. Vacasa was fast to get us bed sheets and pillowcases to replace the missing and dirty ones. The gentleman they sent with the replacement was super nice and removed one of the dirty pillows to take to the manager. There was a couple hair bows in the rooms, looks like something squirted on the tv, and the jets in the tub don't work. I think maybe the house cleaners mite had just been having a bad day. This did not stop us from having fun. But I do not think we should have been charged a cleaning fee. Honestly... We stay 5 nights and 6 days, there was a total of 12 they only provided enough trash bags to get you through the night this is what Vacasa told me. -Bring trash bags. -Couple of big frying pans. -Your own pillows. Other than this the stay was great! My family loved it.

Down the drain

Not the best experience for us. First was the toilets. We think it should be made clear before booking that we couldn't flush toilet paper. This was a major issue for us. Second, the kitchen sink doors were missing and there was unsafe items left in there for young kids to access. Third, the temperature was in the low 30s during our stay and the gas had been turned off to the fireplaces. This also made the cabin smell like gas. There was also a smoke detector going off upstairs with no batteries to be found in the cabin. We ended up just removing the battery and laying it on the mantle.

Great cabin!!

A Perfect Getaway in an Idyllic Cabin My stay at Ridge Bear cabin was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a great location, this charming cabin provided the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The serene surroundings and convenient access made for an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the pristine cleanliness of the cabin. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment, which enhanced the overall comfort of my stay. Accessing the cabin was a breeze, thanks to the well-maintained roads and clear directions provided by the management. From the moment I booked, the communication with the staff was seamless, and any inquiries were met with prompt and helpful responses. This level of attentiveness truly set the tone for a stress-free and enjoyable visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the seamless experience and the attention to detail at Ridge Bear cabin. If you're seeking a tranquil getaway with outstanding service, look no further. I eagerly anticipate my next opportunity to return to this delightful retreat.

Plumbing issues

This cabin should have never been rented to anyone, when we got there behind each toilet there was a sign that said do not flush toliet paper. First EWWW and second why wasn't this detail included in the reservation?? I went to shower at the upstairs bathroom, and it was clogged, the response I got was for me to plunge it? Uhm.. I didn't pay you for me to stay here to fix your issues. The water from the upstairs would leak into the downstairs, the toilets down in the basement wouldn't flush properly. They finally sent someone in to look into the issues, and they even said the sewage needed empty. Super frustrating to spend tons of money on a weekend giveaway with family and to have this disgusting issues. The pro I will give is the location so if I was anyone I would try to find a different cabin in this location, I would not rent this one.
