Great Property & Manager

This is an excellent location and the property met all our needs for our weekend in the Tucson area for a soccer tournament. The property was clean, has been well maintained with updates to the kitchen. The manager goes above and beyond to help with any of your needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Good overall

I really liked the property. There are some drawbacks like the location. It was much farther from downtown than advertised. Also, the comments about the parking condition are accurate, you literally cannot miss pot holes and deep cracks. The rooms were good sized and the tv's were a plus. The bike and stroller are inoperable. Also, the remote and all the display panels throughout the property are damaged. There were not batteries in the remotes either so I had to replace all of them. Overall would recommend for an inexpensive property for quick visits.

Accurate description

Host communication was amazing can’t state that enough. The property was accurately described, the only issues we had, were needing to provide our own TP and paper towels. Also, the kitchen is lacking a lot of normal things that would be used for cooking …example: more pots and pans, spices, baking sheet, hot plate. One more thing and this is something the host had no control of but the roads around the property are in really bad shape.

Responsive Host But …..

Host was very responsive to a few initial problems regarding check in and thermostat issues. However, the entire unit was missing the basic things that make for a comfortable easy stay. No information on how to work TV, fireplace or Internet password. No hand soap in bathrooms, empty containers instead, 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. Towels and sheets were raggedy and worn out and the unit was not properly cleaned. Dirty rags in bathroom and garbage on floors. However, the biggest issue was the second bedroom had a single pullout couch that was simply unusable. It was listed as a double but was a single and was so hard we ended up on the couch. Outdoor space (balcony) was dirty, covered in bird poop and leaves, garbage and even a half smoked joint. I hate to leave a less than positive review but was pretty disappointed in the stay.

It was what we needed

Getting there was fine but the parking lot was riddled with potholes and the stairs felt unstable. With that said, the room was clean and served our needs. They should have turned on the AC sooner. We got there the temperature inside the room was 88 but the temp was set at 75. That means the AC was turned off to save money when not in use. Not planning to be there long it was fine. We were gone in about an hour and by the time we finally return the room had finally cool down. My family was comfortable. My extended family were able to take refuge there with us in-between events. It was spacious and convenient. Considering the money I wasted on supposedly good hotels in Tucson, this place was much value. Honestly I had given up on Tucson as a giant waste of money. This made Tucson a more tolerable place to visit. I needed a coinvent, clean, and useful place to stay. You have the convience of home, from sleeping, cooking or just relax watching TV. Not a whole lot of time was going to be spent here and this made what time we did, comfortable. I will go this option next time I have to stay in Tucson.
