This beautiful renovated bay front condo has a direct and private bay front balcony offering stunning views of the Wildlife Preserve area of the Bay and famous Ocean City sunsets. A favorite of returning guests, this spacious unit has 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths along with a sofa bed to sleep up to 8 comfortably. Renovations included new kitchen appliances, living room and balcony furniture, bedding, window treatments and fresh paint colors. Master bedroom has king bed w/ private bath featuring jetted tub and large separate shower, access to bay view balcony & flat panel TV. 2nd bedroom is a second master with a queen bed and en-suite bath. Br # 3 has 2 twin beds with access to private bath. Modern large kitchen with granite counters and new stainless appliances. Lots of cabinet space for your food items to be stored. Utility room has a full sized washer and dryer to keep your group in clean clothes.

This is a flexible unit with room for your friends and family. Fully loaded with 4 big screen TV's, Roku and HD cable service, new this year are the sleep sofa, love seat and cushioned chair. Sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony with wonderful views of the bay. Dining area offers a table for 6 along with 3 bar stools for sitting at the counter.

Coral Seas building is located in a narrow part of the Ocean City island so that even though it is bay front it is a short 1.5 block walk to the beach. The building amenities include a beautiful sun deck with lounge chairs with a nice pool on the roof. Breath taking views of the bay and midtown OC are to be had from the large roof top area. There is also a work out room with weights, tread mill and bike to keep you exercise routine going while on vacation.

You will enjoy great views of the bay from the living room, master bedroom and bay front balcony. This unit has a great view of the marsh area of the bay with lots of wild life to see. Great View of the Bay

The location for my family was great. Right across from beach access and walkable to some great restaurants. Several miles from the Boardwalk by choice!

I’ll be back!

The property is beautiful views of the bay and marsh! Plenty of parking. Easy access. It was great for both our college aged kids and our elderly parents. Would definitely stay there again!

Great family vacation

We had a great stay with 4 adults and one toddler. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for a group. Kitchen could use a few more essentials if you plan to cook while there (not many pots, pans, baking sheets) but other than that we had everything we need. Beautiful views, close walk to the beach and short drive to everything. Pool on the roof was very nice too. Would definitely return!

Super great stay!

We really enjoyed the property. Perfect location and parking was super. If you’re planning on cooking know that the kitchen is not very well stocked for meal preparation pans or amenities. We chose to eat out mostly because of this.

We had a great 3 night trip in August. The location is great and the bay views are beautiful. The rooftop pool is also great with views of both the ocean and bay. Our only issue was that the cleaner did not show up until right after we checked in. We therefore had to postpone our plans for 2 hours to wait for the apartment to be cleaned. Despite the cleaning issue, we would come back and would recommend to others.

Overall great stay

This condo is big and so nice to have the theee bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Instructions given were very clear and easy to access the condo! The pool area was great, but the woman cleaning it was not very friendly. The floor was kind of dirty and had sand everywhere! Overall it was a great stay! Would recommend this to other people!

Lovely Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Pros: Condo is large and clean. The view off the balcony cannot be beat. Walking distance to the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants. Cons: the two front bedrooms do not have windows so they are very dark. Would be nice to have a bit more privacy between balconies. Overall great stay and would definitely stay here again should we return to Ocean City, MD.

Such a great place to stay! The view was amazing! The bedding was beautiful! The master suite was so secluded and the bathroom was huge! The pool on the roof has an amazing view and it's a less than a 5 minute walk to the beach ( across the stree)

Very Spacious And Clean

We all loves the condo, it was big and and clean. We had 6 people but easily could of had 8 and still felt like there was plenty of room. 3 full bathrooms was another nice touch. I have to give the owner a huge compliment… we arrived check in night at 11:30pm and the door code didn’t work that was provided. I called Steve’s personal cell and he answered right away and was extremely nice considering the time of night. He had backup code for the door and it worked fine. So big shout out to Steve, for making a potential mess really easy to solve. Would definitely recommend the property.

Great Condo

Condo is absolutely gorgeous and spacious with a beautiful Bayside view. Easy and short walk to the beach, and kitchen nicely stocked with enough cookware and utensils we needed to cook some meals. Owners were very responsive during the booking process and office manager was very helpful with resolving the incorrect condo door code. (This could be an easy fix if you're able to change the lock system to allow people to create their own code, I had that system at a previous OCMD rental.) Only four stars for cleanliness because there was significant dirt under the rug in the hallway but everything else was good.

Memorial Day 2022

Overall great experience. Cleaning crew is going to get the low score here. Floors obviously not swept or mopped in kitchen and bathrooms. Toilet was dirty and needed or attention upon arrival. Refrigerator had food all over shelves. We highly suggest a different cleaning crew for your future tenants. On the positive side. We loved our stay here for four days three nights. We comfortably had two adults, two teens and a 11 year old in the condo. The walk to the beach is great. We will return to this property because I know the owners will address the cleaning issue.

Golf getaway

The condo was clean and very nice. King master suite and bathroom were spacious with it's own entrance to the patio. Queen master also has it's own bath. Kitchen, dining and living rooms were all set up well. Only issue was gaining entrance to the condo. The code that we were given was incorrect. We had to make a call to obtain the correct code. After trying about 5 different combinations, we were finally given the correct one. Other than that issue, we had no complaints. We would gladly stay here again.

Condo was really nice

The condo was really nice, great views, very relaxing. Weather wasn't nice, so we didn't get out as much as we would have liked. Didn't even make it to the beach. But the views made up for it. We were able to eat in some and eat out when we wanted. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
