Nice place for me and my dog

I needed a place to stay with my dog and this place was very good. It was clean and convenient. I was a little nervous staying alone in a neighborhood I didn't know, but the school across the street made me feel better. I would suggest that the host make the lock on the back door more sturdy. My son who visited for dinner was a little worried about lock.

Wonderful house

I had a girls night for my birthday and we had so much fun! the house was amazing clean and it was great communication between me and the owner, area is also amazing . Recommend you book!

Cozy Stay

This cozy house had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and it was a great location for our purposes to visit family in Ferndale. It could use a few minor fixes but overall a good stay for the piece and location. Thank you!

Very clean and comfortable house

We have stayed in many different houses, and this one stood out as the best kept and cleanest. There were so many cconsiderate touches and amenities available to us from the host. We only stayed for one night, but it was a very good experience. The host was very responsive to changing our reservation, when I needed to, and helped facilitate the change.

Lovely!

A lovely property! The home was clean and welcoming for us. The beds were comfortable and the location worked out great for easy access to friends in nearby suburbs. There was also easy access to downtown for Detroit events. The only negative we experienced was a lot of car noise and some drag racing on a nearby street Friday night. This is certainly nothing the host can address. I think it just comes with being in the large city. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Great stay!

The only problem we had was that we checked in after 8pm and couldn't see the house number. I could've relayed this to the host but we didn't know when we'd get there. I suggest leaving an exterior light on just in case for late arrivals. And there was no soap in the bathroom (bottle was about empty and looked like someone added water). I bring my own soap so no need to contact host. Other than that, we had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet, back yard is awesome but we didn't get to use fire or hangout there, didn't have time.

Cute little rancher

This house worked perfectly for our group of friends that needed a stop off place for the night on our way to the Upper Peninsula. It wasn't large but had obviously recently been remodeled so was quite attractive.

The stay was perfect, there were just stains in the chairs and the couch smelled a little like pee, and there were a couple large spiders we didn’t kill, also flys and nets as well.

Home away from home

Wow, where do we begin? Our host was kind, patient, and understanding. We pulled up in the middle of the night, and as soon as we got there, we felt safe and comfortable. Although it's a small house, every square inch is maximized and the layout is wonderful. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and more. The yard is very enjoyable, I wish we would have had more time to spend around the fire pit. Neighbors were kind, location was great. The bed was so comfortable!! I sincerely hope we will be welcomed back, because this place was perfect.
