The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful home away from home, the perfect vacation spot if you're looking to be close to the beach without the high-traffic areas of PCB. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, you can relax and unwind while still being close enough to hit the beaches and PCB nightlife.
The home is also within 20 minutes of NSA Panama City and Tyndall Air Force Base and is perfectly set up for long-term stays with the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Plus, with several state parks within a 30-40 minute drive, you'll have endless opportunities for outdoor adventures.
Our spacious main 3 bed 2 bath house sleeps 6 people in beds, and 1 on the couch if needed, making it perfect for a family trip or group getaway.
Need even more space? We also have an attached guest house available for separate booking or the option to book the entire property (sleeps 10+) for larger groups.
Inside the house, you'll find an open living layout with comfy furniture and thoughtful décor touches. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware and dining essentials for cooking dinner from scratch, while the living room features a flat-screen TV for Netflix and chill time with family and friends.
3 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms await, with desks in the master and guest bedroom. The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed walk-in closet, and ensuite full bathroom.
Outside on the back patio, you'll find a patio dining set and a propane grill to make the most of the great Florida weather.
We've got you covered with all the needed amenities, including an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a washer and dryer. And if you're working remotely, the house's fast internet will keep you connected and productive.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Please note that the outdoor areas, laundry, and parking may be shared with other guests staying in the separate studio suite.
Please park on the RIGHT side of the driveway, as the left is for the guest suite mentioned above (separate listing). The front door is along the walkway to the right side of the driveway, under the front porch walkway where the smart lock awaits you with self-check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood with easy and quick access to shops, restaurants, attractions, and everything else you may need for the perfect beach vacation.
We encourage all our guests to explore all the beautiful places and attractions that are near the property. The great thing about this. It is that they are one quick internet search away.
Getting Around:
It's best to have a car to get around - though there is Uber and Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
The home has an attached guest suite that is separate from your space. It is locked off from your living space with a double deadbolt. The shared laundry room door by the kitchen locks off as well and the entrances are private and have different access codes, so security is nothing to worry about! However, if you want complete privacy, this may not be the best fit.
Please note that there is also a main house on the same property and you may see other guests from there. However, this guest house is private to you and is not shared with the other guests in the main house besides the outdoor areas.
Please be aware that the unit has thin walls and unfortunately, sometimes noise can be heard, but you can always contact us for any noise complaints.
Please note that Early Check-In / Late Check-Out is subject to the demands of our cleaning schedule. Feel free to request and we will do everything we can!
For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.
GENERAL:
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.
SMOKING:
Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without a refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.
NOTE:
Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result in extra charges or eviction.
We feel transparency is super important and want you to be aware of the space before arriving.
