Wonderful getaway cabin

We loved Cleo's Cabin. Great space. Surrounded by woods. Lose to Corning and Ithaca. Quiet and so relaxing. Plus, ax throwing is my new favorite hobby. We highly recommend Cleo's Cabin. The host is awesome and his dog is very friendly. You won't be disappointed.

Off the Grid in Style!

The hosts were phenomenal, attentive, responsive and so very accommodating! This cabin was everything we needed for a quiet getaway to relax, chill and connect with nature. Greg and Ann have a beautiful property and kind souls and we could not be happier with how things turned out. Can’t wait to go back some time!

Great cabin with great host!

We spent two nights in the cabin and we loved it because we wanted to take a break from the city and be in contact with nature, we cooked a grill on the fire we played throwing axes we had a sauna and we really enjoyed it a lot, we were 5 adults, a girl and a dog and there was plenty of space the place is very cozy and beautiful the last night before we came it started to rain very hard and we were all playing board games and listening to the sound of the rain! At the cabin we met Greg and Ann who were very nice and attentive, they explained to us the surroundings of how they built the cabin and that we should contact them if we had any questions or inconveniences! And how can we forget Raphy, Greg's dog who was super friendly! We would love to return any time! Greg and Ann thank you very much for everything, it was a pleasure meeting you!

Amazing cabin, quaint and cozy

From the second Greg, our host, brought us into the cabin we knew it was going to be a great weekend. Large fire pit, covered deck area for cards, perfectly sized and planned cabin. Not to mention the location being great! I can’t thank Greg enough for a truly memorable weekend!

Everything you would need

We wish we stayed longer. Our stay was amazing, we had everything that we needed. Greg met us at the property and showed us around and how to work the different appliances. The property is off the grid but if you have ever stayed on a boat or RV you will be fine. But if you forget something he did have a manual on how to work everything and he was always a text away. The outdoor area was perfect. Had a fire pit, axe throwing targets (axes included), a sauna, grill and griddle. Will definitely want to come back and stay longer.

This property has been in my family for over 50 years. My parents purchased the 75 acre property as a summer home in 1972. After I retired from the State Police in 2005 Ann and I started building a permanent residence on the property. During the pandemic when socializing and traveling was limited, we decided to start building a cabin for family, friends and guests to enjoy. In 2022 my mom, Cleo (The matriarch our family) passed away hence, Cleo’s Cabin was born and dedicated to her memory. My mom loved to entertain, in continuing her legacy, Cleo’s Cabin is here for you and your guests to enjoy.

What makes this property unique
