Lovely gulf-front condo with gorgeous views of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf and beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Let this condo be your next home away from home. This cozy 1 bed/2 bath condo accommodates six people with a master bedroom, built-in hallway bunks, and a sofa sleeper. Seychelles sits on the quiet east-end of PCB, Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddie pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center. located within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park and right next door to the iconic Schooners restaurant. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, stainless dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and toaster oven. Over-sized great room. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests.
