Escape to the tranquility of our Adirondack Cabin, a secluded 3-bedroom modern retreat nestled just 60 feet from the pristine waters of Lake Adirondack. Situated on a private 6-acre retreat, this cabin features charming knotty-pine walls and all the modern comforts of home, including a glass-top electric range, convection oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee and pod maker.

With an expansive layout of 32' x 34', the cabin boasts a spacious 15' x 24' combined living room and kitchen area. Enjoy the serene beauty of Lake Adirondack from the 8' x 15' screened-in porch, offering a picturesque view of the island. The cabin includes one full indoor bathroom and an extra-large outdoor shower for a refreshing experience.

Nestled on Mallard Point’s private 17-acre parcel, adjacent to over 100,000 acres of State land, our cabin ensures utmost privacy with its generous 300 feet of shoreline. The private sandy beach is perfect for children, with shallow waters and no drop-offs. Experience the charm as our Retreat also owns two picturesque exclusively private islands, perfect for picnicking and swimming, complete with a poly raft and aluminum ladder. At our dock, we include a 12 foot rowboat for your pleasure.

Escape the hustle and bustle on a dead-end road, offering peace and quiet. The spring-fed Lake Adirondack provides excellent fishing opportunities for Northern Pike, Large & Smallmouth Bass, Black Bass, Perch, Sunny, Lake Trout, Pickerel, and Bullhead.

For nature lovers, encounter tame animals like native ducks and chipmunks, creating an environment where we kindly request no dogs or cats. Marvel at a variety of wildlife, from loons to blue herons, osprey, beavers, deer, and even moose, making it a spectacular tourist site. Rest assured, there are no poisonous snakes in this haven.

Conveniently located just two miles from the Hamlet of Indian Lake in the heart of the Adirondacks, our cabin provides easy access to local amenities, including stores, laundromats, post offices, banks, ATMs, marinas, ice-cream parlors, and more. Explore the abundant natural beauty within a 10-mile radius, with numerous rivers, lakes, ponds, and streams, as well as the four highest mountains south of Mt. Marcy. The town park on Lake Adirondack, offers complete with a meeting hall, playground, volleyball and basketball courts, pavilion, and boat launch.

We are a private nonprofit retreat; hence, our cabin availability is restricted by our personal events, and openings are only possible when there are no scheduled events on our end. If you happen to be one of the fortunate guests to secure a vacancy, you may be pleased to know that every contribution from your stay directly supports our mission endeavors, particularly in Third World countries. Your choice to stay with us not only adds value to your experience but also makes a meaningful impact on the lives of those less fortunate.

**Pet Policy for Vacation Rental**

To bring your pet(s), guest(s) must agree to the following terms:

Because we have other guests who are allergic to pets and fur, we encourage that your pet(s) stay in the pet-friendly space of the large porch, but we do not restrict them from entering the indoor living area, which includes the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. However, we prohibit pets from entering the bedrooms or being on the furniture. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet.

In addition:
- Clean up after your dog, especially in the rental, yard, and beach areas of the property.
- Do not allow your dog to bark excessively or roam onto neighboring properties.
- Groom your pet prior to and during their stay, particularly if it is a breed prone to shedding. Pet hair can be difficult to remove. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc., that have pet hair left behind.
- Don’t leave your pet unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for situations in which you must leave.
- Don’t allow your pet to enter if it is wet, especially after swimming in the lake. It’s recommended to bring pet towels to help dry them off.
- Ensure that your pet’s medications and immunizations are up to date prior to your stay, especially flea treatments.
- Don’t allow your pet to harm or chase wildlife.
- Follow all laws regarding your pet.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you and your pet enjoy your stay!

Water front Cabin

The place was easy to get to, it was clean, the property was my favorite part. Being on the water was so nice and it was quiet. It was nice having an outdoor shower. The owner was very nice, text me during our stay to see if we needed anything, he was great. Definitely would stay again.

This cabin was exactly what i was looking for. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful views. I stayed with my daughter and mom and we loved the laid back feel of this place. Sitting watching the water and all the different types of birds, playing card games at night and sitting in front of the fire making smores. I will definitely be going back.

We truly enjoy hosting this unique, peaceful lakefront cabin on its large property. The lake is always quiet and a real treasure. It’s especially gratifying to know that someone’s stay directly supports our mission endeavors, particularly in Third World countries. Having others enjoy this serene place also makes a meaningful impact on the lives of those less fortunate, which is incredibly rewarding.

Why they chose this property

The place is so picturesque, quiet, quiet, quiet, and relaxingly peaceful! This is the greatest neighborhood!

What makes this property unique

The property is so unique because it’s a very large parcel compared to the rest of the properties on the Lake and we border over a 100,000 acres of state land. Plus we have two private islands. What more could we ask for?
