Amazing ocean views and a private heated pool for your family & friends to enjoy. Casa Coquina is Indian Rocks Beach's top vacation rental. This new and elevated single family home is perfect for your beach getaway. The private heated lap pool (10'x35') and ocean view rooftop deck will take your breath away. This home offers four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a 5th bedroom/office, 6 flat screen smart TVs, a lap pool with lounge ledge, oversized kitchen, two indoor living rooms (main living room area seats 8-10, upstairs game area seats 6), an ocean view rooftop deck overlooking the beach below, and an outdoor BBQ dining/living room at pool level with a TV for gathering with friends. BBQ dining seats 12, BBQ living room seats 8-10.

The bright and clean neutral interior design will calm your senses. The oversized 10ft kitchen island provides ample space for entertaining. Each bedroom offers plush new mattresses, terry robes and lots of towels for your beach and pool activities. This single family home has AC throughout.

The amazing white beach is only 200ft away on a sandy trail, no roads to cross, no shoes required, and no worries about parking. Easy to run back to the house for snacks, drinks and bathroom break.

We have no hidden fees. The pool is heated to 86F and all amenities are included in the quoted nightly rate.

The rooftop deck is an amazing place to relax and watch the sunset. Please note the property does not have an elevator and guests must climb stairs to get to all living areas. The property has a 3 car garage and additional parking for 2 regular sized cars in the driveway.

This property is elevated so we had no storm damage. A truly private tropical beach paradise.

Wonderful Time

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in IRB. We would highly recommend the property. The ocean view was great from the rooftop. The house was steps away from the beach and the pool was perfect.

Perfect Property for our Stay

We gathered with our extended family for a long FL weekend. This home was perfect for our needs of 3 couples and 3 young adults. We had enough common space to gather and then plenty of private space when that was needed. The pool area is relaxing and the roof top space is the place for sunset!! The location was also ideal for walks on the beach and good food is close by. The pressed cuban sandwich and homemade ice cream at the Kooky Coconut, right down the lane, was an awesome find. If you can afford the high rate, you will get what you pay for. A well-stocked home with awesome amenities in a great location.

Perfect Beach House

We stayed over New Years with our family of 8. The home was spacious with plenty of room of us to spread out. The house is a perfect location for walking to the beach. Anna was great to work with and was very quick to respond with any questions.

Amazing rental

This house was perfect for our family of 9. The house had more than enough towels for the beach and pool, lots of beach chairs, coolers and wagons. The quick walk to the beach was not bad at all. They do an amazing job keeping the house stocked with essential necessities. I will definitely be renting again.

Beautiful house

Overall our stay was great. The whole place is beautiful and was extremely well stocked. They thought of everything. The only issue we had was that the roof top deck was pretty much useless at all except at night. I’m sure this is a seasonal issue. It is so hot and bright up there and there is no furniture under the only small covered area up there. It’s BEAUTIFUL and the views are amazing! But we couldn’t use it like we had planned. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful Property

Our stay was amazing. Steps to the beach, unreal sunsets from the rooftop terrace, amazing outdoor space to entertain, huge kitchen…. This place has everything you need to enjoy a week away. Many options for food, drinks and entertainment just a short walk away. A huge perk to the property was having all the beach equipment you need on the property. Traveling with a family makes it hard to pack those items (tent/umbrella, beach chairs, wagons, toys for kids). This place has it all and everything was in great condition.

Fabulous!!

This home is so welcoming, from the slippers, robes and beach towels on each bed, to the welcome snacks, the hosts thought of everything to make this a fabulous stay. The house is a short, 1/2 block walk to the beach access. The hosts provided everything needed - chairs, shade, wagons, coolers - to make this a great beach day. After a wonderful day on the beach, we relaxed in the pool while enjoying the “lounge” area that includes shade, couches, tables, grill and outdoor fridge. The main floor (2nd floor) and 3rd floors are beautifully decorated, with a well stocked kitchen and room for 8-10 at the table. But before settling down for dinner, we enjoyed a cocktail on the rooftop to watch the amazing sunsets over the Gulf. This was the perfect place for the 6 of us to stay. A ton of space; great location; and fantastic amenities inside and out! Can’t wait to go back.

Great Family Lovation

This home is beautiful and a great place to stay at IRB with a family. It is set up for infants all the way up to adults. The location to the beach is easy especially with the beach wagons provided to carry chairs, tent etc that is also supplied. The private pool was an extra plus especially for the kids. We were grateful for the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home!!

Awesome Guys Weekend!!

This house was absolutely gorgeous. We had a group of 6 guys in our 40's and there was plenty of space for us. Anna was great to work with and always got back to you with any questions almost immediately. The bedrooms were spacious. There were many bathrooms to accommodate the whole group. The pool was clean and refreshing. The rooftop deck was a great place to unwind in the evenings. The location was perfect. It was less than a 3 minute walk to the beach access. It was in walking distance to many of the iconic IRB restaurants. The home was stocked with just about all the extras you can think of. There was a convenient wagon to bring all your stuff to the beach, plenty of beach chairs, and even a beach tent. We have been to other places in IRB over the past 8 years and this was the first time here at the Casa Coquina. When my group discussed where to go next year, it was a unanimous decision...Casa Coquina!

Our stay at Indian Rocks was wonderful! The location is great and Anna is one of the best hosts I have ever interacted with. Very responsive and flexible. The home is clean and modern. The day bed is better for a child or shorter adult. There is some road noise when using the pool but not too bad. View from third floor is gorgeous! Really enjoyed staying in this home.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Coquina! The rooftop view was stunning and our daughters loved the pool! Fantastic Property

We spent April vacation with another family at Casa Coquina. The house was fantastic, located steps from the beach. A wind storm was in the area the day before we arrived causing debris to fall into the pool. I contacted Anna and a pool company was there within hours. IRB is a wonderful area with plenty to do...or just sit on the beach. We will be back.

Julies 60th birthday celebration with family!

We could not of picked a better location and home to spend a week with our entire immediate family of 14...celebrating my Wife's birthday! Everyone commented on how Amazing your place was. The rooftop patio views were incredible. Your awesome pool, patio & lanai was great for relaxing in after a day at the beach. The number of rooms, bathrooms, TV's to watch (Bluey & our ISU Cyclones play) & the Kitchen was Perfect! The Kooky Coconut being next door was a huge fan favorite. Free Pickleball courts just a 7 blocks north was nice bonus. The restaurants & attractions nearby were excellent! Best of all was the BEACH being so close & you providing so many chairs, wagons, toys, etc. Thank you for helping us create beautiful family memories for a lifetime!!

Wonderful stay in Indian Rocks!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Coquina this past week. The accomodations are wonderful and the location is great. You are a short walk to the beach and there is also a cute snack shack (Cooky Coconut) a few houses down from the property. Beds were very comfortable and the house is well furinished. WE especially enjoyed the covered patio and TV in the evenings where we watched sports and enjoyed evening swims, games and laughs. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Excellent house, excellent location

Our stay here was wonderful. We stayed with our family (kids & grandparents) and there was plenty of room to fit everyone. Anna was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient, including providing multiple baby gear items which made traveling a lot easier with kids. House was very clean, perfect location walkable to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Would definitely recommend this house.

Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is a small beach community easily accessible from Tampa International Airport (40 min away). It is located just south of famous Clearwater Beach, but offers a tranquil tropical atmosphere. There are a lot of activities for couples, friends and families to do come rain or shine. The sand is very soft and white, and the ocean is warm, turquoise and full of fish, dolphins, pelicans, rays and the occasional manatee. This is an amazing place to live and visit.

What makes this property unique

This single family residence is a two story building with a large rooftop deck overlooking the beach and ocean. With only steps from the beach and no busy streets to cross it is truly a beach lover's dream. Relax in the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico, in the property's private large heated lap pool, or on the rooftop terrace with wide open ocean views.
