The space
This 900 sq ft cozy townhouse has 2 bedrooms, each with a full sized bed and a bathroom - comfortably accommodating 4 people.
If needed, the sofa bed in the living room can be used to allow up to 5 people total.
The living area, and kitchen is on the first floor, while each bedroom and bathroom will be on its own floor - the sofa bed is in the living area.
Yes, there are stairs! It is important to note that it is a three story townhome for those that may have difficulties with stairs.

The property will be solely available for our guests to use.
Other things to note
Number of Guests-
This unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.
If needed, however, the sofa in the living room can be used to allow up to 5 people total. Please be advised that there is a $50 fee per person over 4 people. Please select the correct number of people for your reservation.
Parking-
Parking will be street parking, with one parking permit made available for our guests. If needing additional permits for more than 1 vehicle, please let us know as soon as possible. We may not be able to accommodate requests made on short notice as additional permits have to be approved by Seattle Parking.
As in any urban area, street parking can get full but you'll be able to find parking anywhere around the neighborhood. Additionally, please do not store any valuables in the vehicle.
Pets-
We do allow one pet per stay. Please be advised there is a pet fee, and you must select the pet option when making the reservation.
Smart Code Access-
The property is conveniently equipped with a smart lock that will be programmed to the last four phone number associated with the account making the reservation. Please make sure your phone number is updated on your account.
