Enjoy your next family vacation or friend's getaway in our Brand-New home! If you are in Baton Rouge to explore the city, have a good time, enjoy nightlife or sporting events, visit university or business, the location of our house makes it your perfect choice! Our house has all new and modern furniture and appliances. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house has a total of 5 beds and one sofa bed and can sleep up to 12 guests very comfortably! The master has a king size bed, and the guest bedrooms have 2 full-size beds.
Only a 5-minute drive to campus, it is also on the LSU bus route, and walking distance to several restaurants.

The house being fairly new was pretty clean. Was worth the value, but beds were sheet metal frames that made a lot of noise with every movement and not very comfortable. The pillows were horrible, very flat! Would have been nice to have blow dryer in a bathroom, the kitchen was well equipped. Great location to downtown.

Great location , over delivering property !!!!!

An amazing property that is close to the LSU campus. A very large townhouse where our family could spread out in. It’s clean and comfortable, all 3 bedrooms are very large and the primary suite over delivered. The property managers were very easy to reach. We will return !!!!!

In town for USBC Open Championship

Property is exactly as described in listing. Very clean and spacious. Great location, easy access to lots of places. Nice being able to park in the garage. Nice to haves would have been more variety of cooking pots and pans. Upgraded beds would be nice. We stayed in the room with the master and bed was more firm than our liking and others said their beds were squeaky. After we left, my husband realized he forgot his wedding ring. I contacted owner which contacted cleaning crew. Ring was found and said they would mail it out next day. Over all, great property and would recommend to others.

Great rental convenient to LSU

This rental is a great choice for anyone coming to Baton Rouge for LSU events. It was nicely furnished and very clean. Having 3 full baths is a great feature. My only complaint is that the kitchen needed a few more basic items, such as a toaster, but that's something that the owner can easily remedy. We'll definitely stay there again.

Perfect for LSU events!

This place was great for LSU graduation. Everything was new, clean, and the place was very spacious! I would highly recommend staying here.
