The backyard features a fenced yard and lawn, another seating area with a propane fire pit and an outdoor dining table.

The entire home is for guest use. The owners live part time in another home on this large property.

San Paso is the rural country area between Paso Robles and San Miguel and is located less than six miles north of Paso Robles just off Highway 101. It's all wineries, country roads, oak trees, deer and wide open spaces. A perfect place to relax and get away from the hectic city life, but also just a short 10-15 min car, Uber or wine tour bus ride from downtown Paso Robles and all the westside wineries.

You will need a car, as this rural property is about 10 minutes by car north of Paso Robles, on the west side of Hwy 101.

There is another home on the property, about 100 feet away, and the owners live there part time.
