We still have plenty of water. Last 6 pictures are how our lakefront currently looks. Lake House with dock and one of the best private boat ramps on Lake Travis. Bring your boat or lake toys and launch here - ramp is poured concrete down to 630'! Spend an unforgettable vacation at this beautifully appointed home on Lake Travis where you'll be treated to over 6,000 square feet of lakefront living space. This luxury property has all the amenities you will need, starting with the boat dock, outdoor cabana with kitchen, expansive patios all with stunning 180 degree views of the lake.

View was excellent. Home had plenty of room to spread out in a small group but yet plenty of large gathering options as well. Great way to celebrate a 30th birthday.

Beautiful lake location

Overall, we had a very good time. The setting is amazing and there is lots of space. We enjoyed the outside dining/recreation area. Main issue is that the home is a bit ‘funky’ and needs a lot better maintenance. The host did fix the broken bed and toilet when asked but there are a lot of little things that could be better. The gorgeous property is still nice. Just recommend better regular maintenance

Father’s Day Trip

The house was wonderful and very spacious. My father is handicap and he was able to access the bottom and second floor with plenty of room to move around in his wheelchair. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the host was prepared for everything that we threw at him. I would highly recommend booking this property.

Disappoining stay

We recently stayed at this property and while the home itself is beautiful and has great potential, our experience was unfortunately frustrating due to several issues.The homeowner was very responsive, which we appreciated. When we realized the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t working upon arrival, he responded quickly and let us know to use the outdoor fridge. However, by the time we noticed, our food had already been sitting in the indoor fridge for several hours, and the outdoor fridge was not conveniently located. The next moring, we noticed the fridge/freezer were working again and we transport our food back.The biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness—there was a large hairball in the master shower, and the overall condition of the house did not reflect a properly cleaned rental. Additionally, the plumbing in 3 of the 6 bathrooms was poor, which caused added stress for our group.Again, it’s a lovely home with great bones, but the lack of basic upkeep—no working fridge, poor plumbing, and zero cleaning attention—made our stay far more difficult than it should have been.
