This one bedroom loft, bungalow-style condo is located in the Princeville Resort community. Kept in immaculate condition, the condo has nearly every amenity. The condo has a beautiful view of green space and a bit of ocean as well, right on the Anini Beach path (1/2 mile with steep hill, great for a morning workout). The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go, so all you need is great local produce from one of the many farmers markets and you're good to go!

Tastefully designed, this upper story, bright and airy, studio condo with loft has a balcony where you can wake with the warm morning sunshine and views of the lush trees lining the Queen Emmalani pathway that leads to Anini Beach (1/2 mile away). This charming condo borders the beautiful green space of the Prince golf course and offers privacy from other units. You can also take a dip in the pool, which is just out the front door!

The bedroom loft has a California King sized bed, equipped with 4 inches of memory foam for ultimate comfort. The condo is further outfitted with a large bathroom, a dining table that seats four, a comfortable sleeper sofa (queen), a 32' flat screen HD TV with Roku (free Netflix provided) as well as Wifi.

A half mile walk down the path in front of the condo will lead you to amazing views and to the secluded end of Anini Beach (there is a steep hill for the final stretch). Anini Beach has excellent snorkeling and swimming (it is also a short drive to get to by car). FYI, Anini has the longest barrier reef in the state of Hawaii! This reef breaks all the waves, leaving a lagoon of protected and calm water.

Within a very short walk the other direction from the condo (5-10 min), you will find the Princeville Shopping Village. This is were the primary grocery store on the North Shore (Foodland) is located as well as Lappert's ice cream, shave ice, a coffee shop, boutique stores, multiple restaurants, live music, a yoga studio, a post office, banks/ATMs, a library and bus stop. As mentioned, this condo is situated next to quiet green space yet it is the most nearby condo to these amenities, making it an easy and enjoyable walk. You simply turn right on the Anini Beach Pathway (heading towards the mountains), cross the road and walk through the beautiful Princeville Park and you're there. It's the perfect location! The condo is ideal for anyone who would prefer not to drive, with plenty to see and do on foot.

The greater Princeville area is a quiet resort community located on a bluff overlooking Hanalei Bay and offers spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding mountains with waterfalls and the famous “Bali Hai” ridge that earned its fame from the movie South Pacific. For golf lovers it is also home to the Makai golf course.

Beautiful Hanalei Bay is only 10 minutes away by car. A beautiful place to walk, swim, boogie board or enjoy surfing from beginner to advanced abilities.

Kilauea, with it's scenic lighthouse and wonderful bakery, restaurants and shops is only 15 minutes away by car and your choices for nearby beautiful beaches are endless in either direction
