Pets Welcome: Peaceful Music Home near All Things San Diego!

This home was lovingly furnished with my own musical instruments, recording gear, and my love for the Amalfi Coast of Italy. Unique touches poke through the minimalism. Natural light abounds, but rooms can also stay nice and dark for those who need their sleep a little longer ;)

Please note, this is my personal home, with personal belongings, thanks for being great human beings!
This is a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any issues arise, we will do our best to remedy ASAP.
For the safety and security of our neighbors, the exterior on the home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio. Decibel level monitoring and occupancy sensors are enabled at this property. Any attempts at tampering with security or safety devices, or blocking / unplugging wifi will result in additional fees.

We love pets, but keep them off the couch, beds, comforters. An extra cleaning fee will be applied if we need to deep clean these items.

NO parties
NO smoking indoors
NO undisclosed visitors or guests
NO pets (unless pre-approved with deposit/fees paid)
NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply)
USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains
USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage on surfaces
Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
