Why they chose this property

The apartment is located in a quiet gated complex next to the medical center. There is a security guard who patrols at night. The lovely pool is located just across from the covered parking spaces and we provide a pool bag complete with beach towels for your use.

We are happy to arrange for our professional cleaner to come do a mid-stay cleaning for guests. Guests will pay the cleaning service directly.

Nearby you will find a large variety of grocery stores and pharmacies for easy shopping. The museum district, Rice University with its shopping and restaurants and Hermann Park are all just a couple of miles away. The medical center is approximately one mile away.

**Please Note - pets are allowed after approval ONLY. Pet cleaning fee and nightly fee will apply. Pets rules apply including a requirement for proof of flea control for all pets prior to arrival.
