The apartment allowed 4 person ( 2 adults maximum and 2 kids ( 13 years old +are considered as adult
Other Things to Note:
please add there is a parking fee to absorb and management fee:
$20.00/day, $40.00 overnight,
$100.00 usd/week
$125.00/2 weeks
$150.00 usd/3weeks
$175.00 usd/month
with the parking you will be asked a $20 usd security deposit for the gate acces. ( REFUNDABLE AT CHECKOUT DIRECTLY AT THE REGISTRATION OFFICE)
also will be asked a $30.00 usd for 1 fob chip provided-not refundable. 1 fob key is valid for 2 adults only, kids over 13 years old will be considered as a adult
