This 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home is a new listing and nicely furnished in Hernando,, FL Citrus County, Florida . It has a king bed in master bedroom and queen bed in second bedroom. Master bedroom has a sliding door to the pool area. It it near Lecanto, Homosassa, Inverness, Crystal River and Beverly Hills Florida. It has tile floors throughout. The kitchen and master bathroom has been updated with new cabinets and quartz countertops. The third bedroom is used as an office. It is located in a community area between Crystal River and Inverness. Close to the Florida turnpike, hospitals, medical facilities, shopping. A great nice location to enjoy your home away from home and ride the bicycles provided, walk the neighborhood in the mornings and enjoy your coffee or afternoon drinks on the nice pool overlooking the wooded area. I have several vacation rentals and have 5 star reviews and wonderful comments. My goal is bring you a wonderful, clean and quiet relaxing environment during your stay as I would like when I stay at my vacation . No boats or trailers allowed to be parked overnight . Guest must respect neighbors and state and local law and quiet time.

I have traveled the word and have stayed in many vacation homes. Throughout my stay I appreciated the little things and quality things that the owner provided during my stay. My goal is to bring this to all my guest for them to have a wonderful and relaxing stay while they are away from home.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is a very respected neighborhood in Citrus County, Florida. It is a deed restricted neighborhood that is located in a great location near medical facilities, hospitals, grocery stores, shopping and the Florida Turnpike which is near the home and many golf courses and 15 minutes to Crystal River and Homosassa River. 1 hour from Tampa and 1.5 hours from Orlando and 30 minutes to The Villages
What makes this property unique
