Sleeping up to 6 guests, this unit has a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin rollaway beds for additional sleeping. This ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Sea Sands Condos in Port Aransas is just steps from the community swimming pool, and offers a beach walkover shared with the neighboring property. It has been nicely renovated with wood-look tile throughout the common areas, granite countertops, plantation shutters and much more. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The Space:
This unit comes equipped with cable television.
The living room has a large window and opens up onto a covered, private patio area. The ground floor location means no stars to climb and provides easy access to the pool area! The complex also has a community laundry facility and free wireless internet. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar that opens into the living area, and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and other kitchen essentials.

If you are a fisherman, there is ample parking for a boat (bay boats, no large or offshore boats), and the in-town location means you are just minutes from all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Port Aransas has to offer!

Parking and Boat Policy: Boat parking allowed in designated area but check with management on size restrictions. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Parking is not assigned and first come, first served.

Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE: We have a lock at our property so you won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens and bath towels. There is a coffee maker. Hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge are among the basic items that are conveniently available on the property until you are ready to go shopping.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG. This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, suntan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
