The apartment is spacious, and has potential. Unfortunately the furniture all feels like it’s about to fall apart, and the place could use a deep clean. The listing suggests two “sofa beds”, these are just sofas, not pull out beds. They were also not really big enough to accommodate my 11yo son, and there were no linens for these sofas. The linens and pillows included for the actual beds were the most minimal/inexpensive one can find- I recommend bringing your own. Though I will say the bed itself was comfortable. Cookware is sparse. Lockbox for the key is a little tricky to maneuver. Host answered quickly when I called on the phone, but was not very responsive via the app. Location is convenient to a social district. Overall a decent spot for a crash pad, but was not exactly “home away from home” for a family trip.

My First Time at Bills Game

The house is very spacious. Great place to stay as it's very close to everything on Hetel Ave. The gameroom was cool. Yhe over all just needs a little love and care and it would be a great place to stay. But i will say, that i would stay there againif the conditions were right. Thank You, The Vega Family

Not so great and not enough room for all of my comments

Arriving after 9pm, the parking area was very dark and had numerous areas that made it difficult to walk safely. They failed to inform us of the code change on the outside entry keypad.  After several attempts the unit locked us out for 5 minutes.  Emailed the property manager and after several minutes got a call back.  He had a problem resetting the code.  It Took over 30 minutes before we were able to open the door.  Second floor door to the unit also had a lock box on it and was difficult to open.  Second floor hallway is very narrow and dimly lit making it difficult to see the numbers on the lock box. Finally inside, more than 50 minutes after arrival to find the second floor apartment was 90 degrees. They failed to turn on the window air conditioning units prior to our arrival.  Second floor unit on an August evening with an outside temperature of 80 and humid. AC units are undersized and very noisy.  Unit is poorly lit inside.  No informational book as to wifi passcode or how to operate the TVs. Called the property manager and he said everything is on the VRBO listing.  Just what I wanted to do was go online to find information that should be available without having to search for it.  Called VRBO on July 30th to discuss our displeasure with our stay.  VRBO agent suggested that they would contact the property manager to have a three way conversation to discuss the problems we had.  It has been 11 days since the phone call and we have not heard back. Short stay in Buffalo

The house was as described. There were no issues with the stay. The house was kid and service dog friendly. The property was within 20 minutes of Niagara Falls, 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo and a few minutes walk from Hertel Avenue. The was off street parking in the backyard. We enjoyed the stay.
