JANUARY SPECIAL 1/14-1/31 $2550. GOING FAST!! Beautifully decorated, pristine 2BR, 2BA condo, first floor, walk out to pool overlooking Rubicon Canal. South Cape, most desired vacation location in Cape Coral. Full kitchen, cable TV, community hot tub. 5 min drive or walking distance to downtown SE 47th Terrace and Cape Coral Parkway East. 10 min drive to waterfront dining in 3 different locations- Cape Coral Yacht Club, Tarpon Point, and Cape Harbour, in addition to local gift shops. Weber gas grill available for use on pool deck. Guest is responsible to clean the grill following use. NO PETS. Minimum 2-3 week rental, limited dates available (see calendar). Please message owner before doing instant booking, as background check is required by condo association upon receiving deposit. Owners are easy to deal with and accessible by text/phone.
