Located in a semi-urban setting, guests may experience the sounds of the hustle and bustle that takes place on this busy corridor. Though not excessive, traffic and passersby are to be expected. We do provide a sound machine for those that prefer to drown this out with the sounds of nature :) Also, please note that although we are located just minutes from the many restaurants, bars and cafes of nearby Park Circle, we are located in a diverse, blue-collar, working class area.

Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home, and that parties or gatherings over and above the stated maximum # of allowed guests, are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $250 fee.

Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a fee of $50/hour.
