We have been blessed to have a great occupancy rate, after a rough year in 2020, and have decided to include a beach lounger set, which includes two cushioned loungers and umbrella service! This will save you $35 per day, or $175 per week!

We try to go above and beyond what others offer, and operate ethically, honestly and with integrity. Our reviews are a testament to the way we operate.

This two bedroom/two bathroom condominium is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Madeira Beach is famous for it’s sugar soft sand and year-round near perfect weather.

Las Brisas is a five-story, 40-unit condominium with private assigned parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut family area with outdoor BBQ, picnic tables, sundecks and of course, a fabulous beach. See the dolphins swim by right from your balcony. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets... Minutes from John's Pass, one of the most popular destinations with seafood restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, wave runner and kayak rentals and an old-fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops. The Gulf of Mexico is right at your feet with miles of open beaches and nearby restaurants, bars and beach shops.

Spring Getaway

Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets & of course the beach. We went to spring training baseball games, hired a fishing charter and still found plenty of time to relax in this beautiful unit.

Wonderful-Gulf Side!

This was our first stay at "Our Happy Place". The owners communicated with us prior to arrival and checked in during our stay. They clearly care about the renter's experience. We were surprised how spacious the condo was. We would definitely recommend staying here, the condo is well kept, clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach; the kitchen is well supplied with everything you would need to cook a meal. The beach is beautiful, and just a short walk from the condo. We loved our view from the balcony. The king bed was comfy and we slept well. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Great location, great host, clean condo close to restaurants and sight seeing activities and soclose to the beautiful beach! It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you!and checked in during our stay.

Our Beach escape from Winter! 2/22/25 - 3/1/25

Spent a beautiful week at this condo with a Window to the Ocean & Beach! Awoke each morning to a beautiful view of the beach & ocean from within unit. Open the sliding glass door to the balcony to hear the ocean & take in the beautiful view while enjoying coffee, breakfast, any meal or just relaxing. Beautiful updated white kitchen with everything you need provided & wonderful lighting. Master bedroom beautifully decorated, spacious & comfy. 2nd bedroom, bright with beachy decor. Plenty of space for couples or family, equipped with all the essentials needed for the beach, chairs, umbrella, cabana & beach toys. The host Maureen & Walter, wonderful people, always available prior to visit via email thru VRBO & focused on ensuring you have a comfortable & wonderful stay! Communication from host was outstanding, touched on all details prior to stay & all details pertaining to stay listed in unit as well as available thru your VRBO link anytime prior to visit. Property Mgrs. also available for whatever issues arise with wonderful response time. Very impressed with the response & communication from all associated with this rental. Quick Getaway to Paradise

A wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom condo over looking the heated pool below with fabulous views of the Gulf with fluffy white sand just beyond.The condo is on first floor just above ground level. Convenient for stairs or elevator ride. It is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need for preparing meals. Most condo rentals do not provide paper towels, napkins, t-paper, sandwich bags, foil and plastic wrap, soap and hair products. This rental provides it all. It's a step above! Master bedroom with private bath and 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds. This was perfect for our stay with 3 adult women. The second bath was shared. Entry from hallway or bedroom. I found the condo to be clean and enjoyable. TV's are in living room and each bedroom, with games provided, too. Balcony has a round table with four chairs. A locker of beach toys and 4 beach chairs and umbrella await, too. As I've stated, this condo has everything. Great communication with the host for questions or concerns. No complaints from me! Also, a great location for restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and the like. Also, centrally located for site seeing adventures. My friends and I went to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and even a drive to Sarasota one day. The perfect getaway---all you need is your clothes and food. I highly recommend!

Best place!

Loved the owners! They are the nicest people and you can tell they really care about the rental and the people renting. We were only able to stay a day and a half due to incoming hurricane and they made it very possible for us to leave early and refund the nights we didn’t stay. All of the personal touches make us want to return soon: zip lock bags, plenty of soap, washer and dryer with their laundry pods, sugar, spices, oils, ice maker, extra beach equipment-noodles, chairs, balls, etc. It feels like someone’s home but it’s actually very clean! The beach set up with wooden chairs and a cushions were so nice! It’s the set that you can see right off the balcony and basically right outside the gate. If you are someone that dreads the long walk to get to the sand and then through the sand to the actual ocean due to bad knees/feet/mobility issues then this is a great spot to not have as long of walk. Can’t wait to go back and actually experience the comfiness of the condo and whole area!

Beach Vacation

Our condo was outstanding! It was very clean and had everything one needs, From spices to use in kitchen to toys to use down at the beach. You only need your food and clothes. The two beach loungers and umbrella made our week even better. Both my wife and I have mobility issues and we would have problems getting up from sitting on the sand or low beach chairs. Communication between the property manager and us was very impressive; I’m talking a minute or two to respond to any questions we had. They even texted us a couple times during the week to see if we needed anything. Thank you Marian for checking on us. Thank you Walter and Maureen for allowing us to use your beautiful condo.

Amazing spot!!

This condo met all of our expectations and hopes for our vacation. The condo had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, floats, beach towels, and extra blankets. The view alley me to keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The provided beach loungers and umbrella made the week so relaxing. We can’t wait to come back again.

Great Location

This is probably by far the best beach rental our family has ever stayed in. Location is amazing, right off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The place was very clean with all of the necessities you need. Kitchen is very well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Paradise

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing and wonderful stay at the beach. First floor location is very convenient to the pool and the beach. The included umbrella and loungers were perfect. The condo has a full kitchen with utensils, plates, and cookware. You never have to leave the premises if you don't want to! We will be back.

Wonderful location

Owners are very responsive . Elevator was broken almost our entire stay (not the owner’s fault) I was very thankful to be on the first floor lol. The elevator maintenance ppl were there promptly when it was reported broken, but I think they were waiting on a part . Beds are comfy- my kids loved them . Balcony -view was nice - saw baby dolphins . Manatee swam by me in the ocean . Overall great location. Close to many restaurants- walking distance

Our New Happy Place!

This is the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve stayed in a few in the area and none of them come close to this one. The owners have done a phenomenal job. It’s clean, well decorated, and has anything you could ever need. They have even rented an umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach. It made for an exceptional stay. We were so appreciative of all the little extra details that made our vacation perfect. I would highly recommend this condo. Thanks so much for sharing your happy place with us! Love this Condo!!

From the moment we walked in we were in awe of how spacious, beautifully decorated & clean this condo was! The location can’t be beat - beach view & close proximity to the pool. It was wonderful to wake up every morning with that breathtaking view of the turquoise water & white sand beach. And the sunsets - wow!! We visited in May & the ocean water was ideal for swimming & snorkeling - calm & warm. The pool was the perfect temperature as well & we spent a lot of time there! The grounds were clean & well maintained. This was the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever been on - even traveling with small children. They were well entertained by both the pool & beach. We made many sand castles with that luxurious fine, white sand! When they say pack light, they mean it. This condo has everything you need & more. Much thought & love was put into this condo & we appreciated it very much. We would definitely stay again!

A perfect turnkey beach vacation

To start, we have stayed in multiple places and this is among the cleanest we have ever seen. There was not a speck of dust anywhere. The place was beautiful throughout. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. The dining area was comfortable, although we hardly used it because we were always eating out on the balcony looking at the beach. The beds were comfortable. Everything was new. The TV has cable, but you can bring your streaming device to connect. Having a cabana reserved for guests on the beach was fantastic... but for those more comfortable with an upright beach chair, or for parties with more people, they have all that stuff too. This is the perfect setup for people who may have some difficulty walking too far on the sand. A few steps and you're under an umbrella in paradise! Back inside, we were impressed with how well stocked the place is with all manner of little baggies, face tissue, paper towels, laundry soap -- all the stuff rental guests usually have to run out to the store to get. The property managers checked in with us to make sure things were going well, and were very responsive to questions. They call this property "our happy place." And once you've stayed, you'll say it's yours too.

Friends getaway

We rented this for a getaway with our best friends. We were able to relax and enjoy the whole week. Weather abd views were absolutely perfect. The condo was perfect with so many extras and thoughtfulness that made ut so much more. The games were great fun in the evening. I absolutely loved the stay and the hosts were amazing. Even checked in midweek to make sure all was well. We would love to stay here again

Beautiful condo

This was our second year staying in this condo . Last year brought friends this year brought family. The grandkids loved every second of it! The balcony overlooking the pool and the beach and the unit being on the first floor was exactly what we love! Very spacious and clean and updated with a beachy theme. Stocked with literally everything you could possibly need. All you need to buy is food. We went on the pirate ship ride at John’s pass which I highly recommend for little kids, miniature golf down the road, restaurants close by, and Disney about a 2 hr drive. We hope to be back again next year! Thank you Maureen, Walter, Marian and Chris!

Great week at the beach!

This condo is fantastic! Large family group booked several condos in Las Brisas, and I was smart enough to pick THIS ONE! Kitchen was well stocked with plates/bowls, glassware, cookware, cooking tools, and even basic spices (and we're cooks). Other condos were skimpy. This kitchen even had decent knives, which never happens in rental properties. All TP, paper towels, foil, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. stocked for a week's stay. (Other condos had barely enough supplies to last 2 days. Who wants to buy laundry detergent to do 2 or 3 loads?). This condo came with beach towels for us to use. (Other condo owners suggested going to Walmart). This condo came with sand chairs, an umbrella and pool noodles, *in addition* to the rental beach chairs included. (Other condos had broken chairs, no umbrellas). Do you see where I'm going with this?! We scored the **best** condo! Chris and Marian were immediately responsive to any questions. Great restaurants located just across the street. Easy access to stairwell, when we didn't want to wait for the elevator. Only criticism is lack of guest parking (there is ZERO), so our local friends visiting us for lunch had nowhere to park. But, we **were** forewarned and worked around it. I parked down the block at public parking area, and guest used our single pkg spot for the afternoon. Easy peasy. Yes, we'll be back again and I will be sure to book The Happy Place early for myself!

Wonderful Labor Day weekend getaway!

The area is not crowded, within walking distance to several restaurants and gift shops. The beach is beautiful, close to the water. The unit is big and spacious, updated and has absolutely everything you would need. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. Wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
