This Modern home is walking distance from Downtown, River Street Park/Disc golf course, Dutchman Creek boat/kayak launch which is nestled on the Catawba & soon Old Mecklenburg brewery!
Golf, Museums, & the White water center are all within 10 minutes! It is also minutes from the airport & is the perfect place to recharge in between flights.
Carowinds amusement park, Discovery zone, Bank of America stadium, Nascar Hall of fame, and the spectrum center are all within 25 minutes!
As you walk into the property you will instantly feel like you are In a clean and relaxing environment. The main part of the house is open concept! On your left is the living room where you and the family can have game night or read a book. On the right is the dining room and kitchen equipped with island seating where you can enjoy a meal together! As you venture down the hall there is a full laundry room just before you enter the master and on the left are the guest bedrooms & guest bath.
Entering the master you will have a full ensuite which includes walk-in closet, Office desk, walk-in shower, as well as a jack and Jill sink.
