Your host
We are originally from Michigan and spend as much time as possible at this home in Naples. We are fortunate to have friends who help us maintain and manage this home so that we can offer it for short term seasonal rental when we are away.
Why they chose this property
This one family-owned home was bought as the original model in 1992. It was recently completely renovated. It is located in the heart of Naples within walking distance to world class restaurants and only 3 miles from the beach. The home is lakefront to one of the largest lakes in Naples and only 3 doors away from the clubhouse.
What makes this property unique
We just completed a full renovation of this home. New windows offer privacy and a quiet atmosphere. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen and outdoor patio with Webber grill overlooking the lake and pool. We are offering our family home for the first time in 30 years so that others can enjoy the beauty of the lake and neighborhood when we are away from the home.
