Solterra Resort Amenities As an added bonus, our vacation home is located in the prestigious Solterra Resort community. You'll have access to resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, and a stunning swimming pool with a lazy river and water slide. There are also sports courts, a children's playground, and a café. Solterra Resort provides an extra layer of luxury and convenience to your stay.

Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and should be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in)
The BBQ grill is available for $80 *Propane Gas Refill not included.
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum.
We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, dish detergent to dishwasher and laundry detergent, garbage bag.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide Welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

Excessive required cleaning or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00.

*Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee

For Short-Term Renters (meaning, “any tenant residing in a Resident's home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement with a rental or lease term of less than one (1) year”) who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their valid rental or lease agreement, the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

The primary person will need to provide reservation information with details listed above.

The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.

After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the amenities the next day.
