A stylish and inviting home 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis & St. Paul right on the Mississippi River! Enjoy relaxing on the river from any of our indoor & outdoor seating areas: The firepit by the shore, the enclosed three season porch, the upper deck right off the main level, or the A/C cooled open concept living room/kitchen. Your enjoyment is our top priority with Tuft & Needle king mattresses, a soaking tub for bubble baths, granola/oatmeal bar, various games, and even a home theater!

Located in a residential neighborhood in Fridley, MN right on the Mississippi River. Outside quiet hours (9pm - 7am) are strictly enforced. No bachelor, bachelorette groups and no party buses.

This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We allow a max of 12 guests total. Additional daytime guests are $25 per person/per day and must be pre-approved with the host.

A full kitchen includes everything you need for cooking: Dishes, pots & pans, cooking staples, and even items for baking. We provide coffee, tea and a granola/oatmeal bar. Everything in the house is for you to use and enjoy during your stay.

The dining room has seating for 8 along with additional seating for 4 at the island. The deck has outdoor seating for 6 along with a gas grill (we provide a propane tank and grilling utensils). *Grill available May through October.

Gather in the large living room overlooking the Mississippi River. This area includes a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), vinyl record player (with Bluetooth), charging dock for devices, books and an essential oil diffuser.

As an added courtesy we do not charge a cleaning fee but professionaly clean the house prior to your arrival. All linens, quilts, robes & towels are washed after each guest's use, using unscented laundry detergent.

Two bedrooms are on the main level with one full bathroom. Each bedroom contains a sound machine, fan & essential oil diffuser to make your sleep as comfortable as possible. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower and large soaker tub. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, bubble bath, essential oils & candles for you to relax and enjoy.

The "Emerald Room" overlooks the river where you can catch the evening sunset. This room has a 55" Smart TV, iron and ironing board, 2 pack n' plays with sheets, 2 booster chairs with trays, use of 2 robes and a King size Tuft & Needle "Mint" mattress (best for couples or side/stomach sleepers).

The "Creamsicle Room" has a King size Tuft & Needle "Original" mattress (a little firmer and good for back sleepers). This room also includes use of 2 robes & a 55" TV.

A portable ramp is available in the garage for guests to use as needed.

Downstairs is the walkout basement where you will find lots of light, incredible views of the river, and our "Theater Room" which sleeps 5 guests. There are 3 twin beds and one pull-out couch for 2 guests to sleep on. This room also comes with a projector, screen, surround sound and popcorn & candy for your movie night! You'll find a video gaming area off to the side with a Nintendo Switch, as well as a selection of board games. You can gather around the round table for 4 that is great for playing a game or putting a puzzle together. We also have toys for our littlest visitors. A massage chair is also available - you won't want to miss it!

Our 4th and final bedroom is also downstairs and we've called it the "Cherry Blossom" room. It has a river view, a King size Tuft & Needle "Original" mattress and a twin bed.

Downstairs also has a second bathroom and laundry room. The bathroom includes a shower along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The laundry room is available to be used and has hypoallergenic, no scent, detergent provided.

The backyard has direct access to the river along with a fire pit and seating area (firewood and roasting sticks are available). The Mississippi is mighty and the currents can be very dangerous: Please supervise all children as the river is not fenced off.

There is parking available for 6 vehicles. Two cars in the garage and four larger vehicles in the driveway. There is no additional street parking available.

The firepit area gives you a great up close view of the river. There is also a path that leads down to the water.
