Charming Villa in great location of Villas West!

Our wonderful villa has one of the best locations in Villas West, which is a great place to stay; we are an end unit in a very quiet location, next to a green space, close to one of the four wonderful pools and laundry facilities. Like all villas in this community it is small but very cozy. It is decorated in warm SW colors and has comfortable stylish furniture. It sleeps 3 comfortably. One and only one well behaved dog is welcome with a pet fee, but you will need to get approval by us for bringing a dog. Outside pet area is just across the street in a nice small green spac

This fantastic get away is equipped with everything you need to settle in and enjoy your vacation. Our kitchen is stocked with all the things you need for cooking, eating and entertaining. Gas barbeque is located right out the back kitchen door for easy access. The televisions in both living room and master bedroom have cable and are linked to Netflix streaming. The guest bedroom has a twin bed which is set up as a day bed. It also has a trundle bed for your visiting grandchild or other guest!. There is a desk and comfortable chair and another closet and of course wireless internet! There are lamps that provide good light for reading along with white shutters and satillo tile floors throughout. My favorite area is the welcoming patio with a small desert garden, table and chairs plus a chaise lounge. It is set up for shade or sun seating, and is great place to sit and enjoy the warm breezes and wonderful birds that are in the area.
While we do not have a washer and dryer in our villa, there are laundry facilities just down the path from our villa, next to one of the four great pools at Villas West. In addition, for a nominal fee you can get temporary membership to GVR (Green Valley Recreation) which has 12 facilities nearby which offer all sorts of exercise, recreational and social opportunities. When ready to go off on some adventuring, there is plenty to do: Green Valley itself has great restaurants, grocery and other shopping as well as a Weekly Farmers’ market bursting with great items of all kinds along with music and food( just down the road from our villa) There is great great biking access throughout Green Valley, and great hiking and birding in beautiful nearby Madera Canyon. You are within 15 minutes from the artist colony of Tubac and only 45 minutes to Nogallas, Mexico. There are many golf courses thorughout the area. The wonderful city of Tuscon is only a half hour away. You are also within a half hour or less of the Tital Missile tour, Pima Air and Space Museum, the beautifully restored San Zavier Mission, Kits Peak Observatory and several shopping malls.
