Family relaxation and fun doesn't get any better than this on your private 22 acre gated, mountain paradise with fresh water spring fed pond complete with boat dock, canoe, kayaks, and tubes. Enjoy a fun game of sand volleyball right next to the pond. Relax as you take in the expansive views from the patios, oversized hot tub and fire pit for late night big sky s’mores.

Enjoy your own private high school size indoor basketball court complete with volleyball, pickleball, badminton, dodgeball, corn hole and work out equipment. The game room has pool, ping pong, foosball, game table and bar with espresso, latte, cappacino, steamers, cold brew, Blendtec smoothies, sonic ice and every flavor you might want to mix in. The high end theatre welcomes you, your family and friends with huge projection screen and high end audio video system. Home automation includes crystal clear music throughout home and outdoors.

The spacious home mixes rustic luxury to match the incredible beauty that surrounds you. Check out the gourmet kitchen complete with everything you or one of our recommended caterers might need with pantry and seating for your entire group. The great room is spacious with roaring fireplace and picture perfect views of the bitterroot mountains. There is an additional TV room so your group can enjoy watching movies or sports in surround sound without hearing the other.

This is the best location in the Bitterroot with its unmatched views of rugged mountain beauty but only 10 minute drive to downtown Hamilton. Your group is 4 minutes to Mill Creek Trailhead, one of the most gorgeous hikes in all of Montana on beautiful Mill Creek sandwiched between towering rock walls (see photos), 8 minute drive to the famous Bitterroot River, road biking trails that go all the way to Missoula and more mountain biking trails than you’ll have time to ride for the single track enthusiast. World class fishing and rafting is all around you. The Stock Farm and Hamilton golf course are within 20 minutes. Lake Como, one of the most beautiful lakes in Montana, is only a 30 minute drive. The Lake Como trail to the waterfall goes all the way around the lake with soaring mountains that appear to grow right out of the water.

In the winter, the pond is wonderful for ice skating, Lost Horse and Skalkaho are well known for exceptional snowmobiling, Lost Trail has some of the best powder around for skiers and snowboarders, Chief Joseph for cross country and snowshoe enthusiast.

This is one of those rare, unique ”once in a life time” homes nestled in nature that just feels good. We love it and know you will too.

A Spot To Decompress

Even prior to making the reservation, communication was outstanding. The property is near everything you could need, but in a location that provides a secluded feeling. Beautiful location, home, decor, property, and fantastic amenities. The basketball court and pickleball court were so much fun. The coffee bar was stocked and definitely taken advantage of during our stay. The cooler weather provided all the excuse we needed to use the jacuzzi. Theater room has amazing sound a huge projection screen. All the utensils, spices, place settings, and cold storage you could ever need are there and clean. Very well taken care of home and property. Stephanie and Ryan are receptive, responsive, and fun to interact with. Abaolutely we will be staying again.

Stunning...with very small caveats

Well appointed, inviting home with amazing views. I enjoyed hanging out alone in such a lovely, large home; getting some real "me" time. I appreciated the open pantry and beverage options...take a little/give a little. My grilled porterhouse (from the recommended butcher) was superb. Enjoyed eagles circling over the compound late am, deer at dusk. Some small misses: It was not as secluded as I expected - there are very few places on the property where at least 1, if not 2, other buildings/homes aren't visible on the adjoining lots. Fireplace fires were not allowed, despite the vrbo specs/pics. Overbearing air freshener plug-ins in use (which I hunted down and shut into a room I wasn't using, plus opening the windows). I had difficulty with the home sound system (tho' I'm sure that's just my inexperience with ipad & the app, which I'm sure would have been resolved if I'd reached out to the hosts. Decided I preferred the quiet.). But enjoyed "Oppenheimer" in the theater. Spread out art supplies on the glass topped island (~12' long) and spent time creating with awesome views. And there's not much the kitchen doesn't offer (bring a scale if you use one, press garlic with a knife & salt, and I was hoping for a (Belgium) waffles but settled on brownies & ice cream - cuz it was vacation after all!) Overall, if you want to relax with everything at your fingertips in fresh clean air, then you can't go wrong here. AND a hint from my 1st night - save yourself & put the keys back asap.
