THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval.
-Basic Beach gear provided (Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels)
-Like most beach homes in the area, there is no AC. Home has patio doors for a cool sea breeze and ceiling fans throughout.
-There is no elevator. It is 14 steps to the front door. The rooftop deck accessed from the entryway for the main home and require an additional 15 steps to get to the top.
-The hot tub on the lower patio is NOT for this unit. It is ONLY for 734 SLR unit tenants.
-Home is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a duplex. Please be mindful of your downstairs neighbors, thank you!
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING:
1 parking spot is available in the carport for this unit's exclusive use - the middle spot (see photos). Dimensions: 132" Width x 228" Depth x 90" Height. There is limited additional street parking or island parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street. Please be sure you are comfortable with the parking before booking.
