Great place to call home for vacation.

Tim is a great host. He visited us about our plans and did everything he could to help us have a great time. We mentioned that we were going to the beach so he brought us beach chairs, mat and sand scoops. He recommended some fun places to go. And if there was any problem, he was there to fix it. We will definitely come back when we are in that area again!

Celebrating Dad's 85th

We arrived Thursday afternoon. The owner was there, making final preparations for our arrival. His concern for our enjoyment of his place was real. This is a great place to stay and if you're a golfer.

Great Stay

Tim was very attentive and made sure we got all checked in. The amenities were great and well thought out. We had everything we needed and there were many things to do in the area even on our rainy day. My grandkids, kids, and I enjoyed the pool after our trip to the beach which was just a short drive away. The house was clean and the beds were very comfy. The bathrooms were updated and also very nicely decorated. Good water pressure in the showers-which is always nice! I will stay again.

Why they chose this property

I wanted a Non-HOA Community, safe, quiet and limited neighbors. I wanted a big back yard and the golf course has been serving that purpose and it's been wonderful.

What makes this property unique

Centrally located to everything! Literally, no matter which direction you choose, there is something to enjoy. Head West & your at the best beaches. Drive north, RSW Airport, less than 15mins! Head South, Coconut Point Shopping, Mercato Shopping and Dining. Head East, Gulf Coast Town Center Shopping and Dining, and Hertz Arena for Entertainment and Hockey!
