Lauren's Loft is located on a large corner lot in beautiful midtown Tulsa. Just moments from all the hottest spots but still in a very peaceful, quiet area with sidewalk-lined streets. Our front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and the gorgeous white chapel across the street makes a beautiful backdrop to watch the sunrise or sunset.
The primary suite is separate from the rest of the house for ultimate privacy and has a luxurious king size bed and couch area with 55" smart TV and double glass doors opening out to the back deck. Black out curtains allow for a great night's sleep. Open the big sliding barn door to a large primary ensuite with soaker tub, oversized shower and his and her sink areas as well as a walk-in closet. On the opposite side of the house, the queen bedroom is right beside the full hall bath and also has a workstation desk, cozy corner chair and black out curtains (no tv). The 3rd bedroom boasts a double bed as well as a twin bed and its own ensuite bath with stand-up shower and 43" smart TV. Black out curtains and a stylish velvet chair finish out the space. Bathrooms are loaded with lush towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, air freshener, make up cloths, hand soap, shampoo, condition, bodywash and hair dryers. When you're not checking out all of the nearby attractions like the Gathering Place, Tulsa Expo, Cherry Street, Brookside, Utica Square, BOK center, Mother Road Market, etc. you'll want to challenge your family to a game on the pool table or catch a movie on the 55" Smart TV in the living room complete with cozy seating for 10 people and plenty of throw pillows and blankets. Living room also has a plush futon if additional sleeping is needed. Enjoy some relaxation in the giant hammock, in the outdoor furniture on the peaceful deck, or in the double tree swing. Maybe you'd rather stay in and play a game or read a book, both of which are included in this home. Cooking will be a dream in the fully loaded giant kitchen with double ovens, an array of spices, cooking oil and all the utensils and cookware you could want. 2 full sets of dishes, glassware and silverware ensure that your dinner party will be well appointed. Elegant dining table seats 6 but has room to add another 2 seats, if needed. There are also 3 barstools at the large kitchen island. Laundry room with brand new stackable washer/dryer separates the kitchen from the 2-car garage. We welcome families with children of any age. Your small non-shedding pets will love the completely privacy-fenced back yard and we gladly provide potty bags and food dishes for your convenience.
