Beautiful home in a quiet get away

Loved staying at this home! Took our kids here for spring break and we lucked out and got snow! The property was perfect with a big back yard for them to play and enjoy the two feet of snow! The house was perfect and so spacious for our family of 7, it felt like a brand new home and had everything we needed. We loved that it was close to Williams and not too far from flagstaff so we could do all the activities we wanted to do.

Polar Express Weekend

Family went to Williams for the short weekend to experience the Polar Express show they have and this ment lots of family so we needed more than a hotel room or too to hang. We have little 2 and under and this place has a great layout to have all of them sleep and nap without issue. The place seem really new and well done. Very happy with the easy directions and quick access to the highway. Host was amazing with all of our request and also was able to come in for the rescue when we locked ourselves out one night. So helpful and kind.

Beautiful Home that fit our needs!

Everything was easy with this rental. Communication, check-in, cleanliness and check-out was all so easy. It was the perfect location for our needs and also provided the get away from the city life we needed. Since the place was newly renovated, there were not a whole lot of supplies (we had to buy our own trash bags because what was in the house in the can was not enough but it was no problem on my end to have to buy some. Other than that everything was perfect!

Great new build!

This was an awesome place all around. Very new so might need to add a few kitchen items to improve functionality, such as better utensils, bigger pots for larger meals as this place can accommodate 8 plus people. Garage is extra deep and awesome! Heater is very noisy as is the water pump for their hauled water system but we managed to ignore it after a few days. Ellie was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely come back here. The train is quite loud at times but we knew that going in...again, you get used to it. It's a beautiful new home!!

I'm from Flagstaff, AZ, where I was born and raised. I absolutely love the outdoors! Arizona offers so much, from hiking and skiing to fishing, water skiing, and camping—it's a fantastic place to raise a family. Although I moved to the valley for a while, I remarried in 2018, which brought me back to Northern Arizona. Now, I get to enjoy the best of both worlds as I commute back and forth between these beautiful areas

Why they chose this property

I chose Parks, AZ, for a short-term rental because it offers a truly unique experience nestled in the serene Coconino National Forest. The newly built 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sits on a spacious 1-acre lot, surrounded by majestic Ponderosa pine trees that provide shade, tranquility, and a sense of privacy. The natural beauty and peaceful environment make it a perfect getaway for guests seeking both modern comforts and a deep connection with nature.

One of the key reasons I selected this location is the opportunity to experience all four seasons. Guests can enjoy the vibrant colors of fall, the serene snow-covered landscapes in winter, the blooming flowers and mild weather in spring, and the warm, sunny days of summer. This seasonal variety enhances the appeal of the property, offering something special no matter the time of year.

The property’s location is also ideal for nature lovers, with endless opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, fishing, and wildlife viewing in the nearby Coconino and Kaibab National Forests. Additionally, it’s conveniently close to popular attractions such as the Grand Canyon, Arizona Snowbowl, Sedona’s red rocks, and the historic Route 66, making it a perfect base for memorable day trips.

What makes this property unique

What makes my property truly unique is its exceptional blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. Nestled in the serene Coconino National Forest, this newly built, spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath residence is set on a sprawling 1-acre lot, surrounded by majestic Ponderosa pine trees that offer shade, tranquility, and a sense of privacy. This peaceful, secluded setting allows guests to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while still enjoying the conveniences of a contemporary home.

The open-concept living space is flooded with natural light, and the modern finishes throughout the home create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, and spacious island, is a perfect gathering place for family and friends.

Beyond the comfort of the home itself, the location is a nature lover’s paradise, offering endless opportunities for outdoor adventures right at your doorstep. Whether it's hiking, biking, fishing, or camping in the Coconino and Kaibab National Forests, or taking day trips to iconic destinations like the Grand Canyon, Arizona Snowbowl, and Sedona’s red rocks, this property serves as an ideal base for exploring the natural wonders of Northern Arizona.

What sets this property apart is the rare combination of its serene forest location, modern amenities, and proximity to some of Arizona’s most famous attractions, all while offering the chance to experience the beauty of all four seasons. It's more than just a place to stay—it's an opportunity to create lasting memories in an extraordinary setting.
