OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Albuquerque is a beautiful city with a lot of character and natural open spaces. But it is a city.
Keeping your car door locked and don’t leave things in your car or on the porch is generally good advice for a city, regardless of where you might be. The same applies here, especially on the porch.
Bikes will disappear almost instantly, as anything else of flea market value, if let outside. Opportunistic Petty Crime but a generally safe area. Be smart and your things will be fine.
