Early 1900s farmhouse with many original accents and attached "guest suite"
The guest suite was added to accommodate the need for wheelchair access. The hallways 1 bedroom and the bathroom on the guest suite side are accessible.
Tall ceilings and large windows allow lots of natural light.
The original farmhouse is 2 storys with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths on the 2nd floor.
Front yard and Backyard with porches on both sides, sweeping views of the hay fields and mountain.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire house and yard.
Barn and garage are off limits.
Other things to note
This listing is for The Manor House, the main house on an 86 acre property. There is an additional Cottage available to rent on the property. Please ask about The River Cottage.
River Access and private hiking trails available with advance permission.
Blackstone flattop grill available by request only. We keep it put away indoor to avoid rust and other weather related wear and tear.
