With five bedrooms and three baths, this residence offers 2661 square feet of living space in the desirable neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights. Inside, you'll find the elegance of hardwood floors paired with modern conveniences like a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. The home is thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials you'll need, and the added convenience of a washer and dryer ensures a comfortable and seamless stay in this historic gem.

Brooklyn Heights is a posh residential area of elegant brownstones. It's known for its tree-lined promenade along the East River, with unrivaled views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. The neighborhood also attracts visitors and local families to the landscaped walkways and playgrounds of waterfront Brooklyn Bridge Park. Locals gather at the longstanding bars and restaurants along Henry Street.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of the property management company. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $300 for reservations. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house-trained.

Please note that this property requires a $5000 security deposit for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed and through the property manager as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure.
