Christmas in Florida!

We had such a wonderful time visiting our parents and celebrating the holidays at this large and roomy rental home. It was clean and had everything we needed to make a lovely holiday. we brought some decorations and had a wonderful time. The older kids loved the loft with the game table! The living area was open and airy so we had plenty of room for visiting and having fun. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone! Great time was had by all!

Family weekend

Great house for two families to get together for a weekend. The house seemed to have everything we needed except for a working dryer. The outside needed to be mowed, but it really didn’t affect us. It was just more of a first impression. Overall, the stay was great and if we all had to go back. We would probably stay there again.

Nice House

The house was very nice and clean inside, great decor. The yard was not landscaped, overgrown out front. The beds were not comfortable, super firm...almost like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were plus that helped some. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a twin trundle bed, I would suggest switching the twin bed with the full size bed from upstairs for older guest that would prefer not to do stairs. Plus children don't need to be near the front door.

Nice, buy missing Comfort

This was a nice home in a nice neighborhood only 15 minutes to Epperson Lagoon where my family planned to go. However all of the beds are uncomfortable hard as a rock. The sofa also isnt comfortable. I also was unhappy with the timer on the ac. We like to sleep in cold and everytime we woke the ac had been changed to higher so we were warm. As a woman in menopause phase this was annoying. When we arrived the garbage can outside was already filled with trash and nothing told us what day to put it out by street so it was full for our 2 days. Disappointed with lack of sleep but overall worked for the short time period.

Big house, Not very comfortable

Its a nice big house with plenty of room. The neighborhood is a nice, the driveway is a 2 car, parking is limited, the neighbors are not happy about renters and were a little passive aggressive by parking both of their cars in the street while we were trying to pull out of the driveway,so we had to park quite a ways up the street Then there is the security camera that whistles at you everytime you get out of your car or walk up to the door, it was annoying & felt like our coming and going was monitored. The thermostat was changed a couple times to a higher temp, not by anyone IN the house. Then there was the sparse very uncomfortable furnishings. It is obvious this house is just a rental. it does not have the feeling of home like alot of ABNB houses have. There was one couch that was comfy but it was stinky, the other looked &felt cheap. The beds felt like foam that comes in a box, hard and very low to the ground. Sparse decor w/only a bed and a mirror. In the kitchen we had no papertowels or trash bags or wash cloth, minimum towels, toilet paper & hand soap was empty in most dispensers. There was USED bar soap in the shower, that was gross. 5 adults stayed and we had 2 paper coffee cups. We used the house for just a place to sleep and shower so it worked, but if you are looking for a home away from home for a vacation this doesnt have the comfort/amenities that other homes have. No warm/cozy feeling here. Owner was friendly & welcoming, Wish the home would have been too!
