In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

Please note: Beginning early January 2025, the tile flooring and railings will be replaced in the common area corridor on the 6th floor. This project is expected to be completed by early April. While this is the only floor with work taking place for this project, at times there will be noise that could impact the entire building. We cannot accurately predict the volume or duration of disruption for any specific date or time. Current rates are reflective of this information.

Additionally, the villa is undergoing a full renovation. Updated photos and 3D virtual tour will be available as soon as the renovation is completed.

This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is a first-floor Windswept Villa with 3 bedrooms, multiple balconies, gorgeous views of the ocean, and convenient beach access.

The main living space allows seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. An elevated bar with a spacious opening connects the kitchen and dining area, allowing for easy meal preparation and entertaining. The living room offers a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, comfortable sofa and three chairs, wet bar, and access to a large covered deck with a table and seating for 6. An additional balcony, shared with the secondary suite, is accessible from the living room.

The secondary suite is located off of the living area and has a king bed, balcony with two chaise lounges, flat-screen TV and DVD player, and bathroom with shower/tub combination. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The primary suite is located down the hall and boasts a king bed, private covered balcony with two chairs, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with double sinks and separate bathtub and shower. The third bedroom is near the villa’s entry and offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin bed, and private bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
