About this space
Welcome to Hidden Acres; a hidden gem nestled right between Briargate & USAFA. This recently renovated & centrally located property boasts some of the best views of Pike Peak & the Ramparts in all of the Springs! Whether it is walking your dog on the 3.5 acres, or enjoying time with your whole family in this 4 bedroom vacation rental, this space for has enough room for everyone. Including also a separate structure as an art studio for your use & patio furniture, what a place to be inspired!

The space
This property reflects the passions of the owners, and as such we have cultivated this space with an emphasis on art, animals/outdoors, and family.

We are grateful for the service of our United States military members, and would like to extend a 10% discount for those that book with us. This discount will be added once you have successfully completed your initial booking, and are able to send photo proof of service. Please note that this cannot be combined with any other discounts (such as weekly or monthly discounts), though we will honor whichever discount is greater.

Art:
There is a separate small building about 15 feet from the main entrance that is specifically for artists to be able to utilize for creating art- painting, drawing, etc.! Please feel free to use this space. Additionally, there is curated artwork inside the home, most of which are originals.

Animals and Outdoors:
If you would like your pet to join you on your trip, you are more than welcome to do so. Please message us before booking if you are planning on bringing your pet, emotional support animal, etc. If you Instant Book with a pet, we will be immediately requesting the pet fee.

Please read the following rules for your pet:
-- To respect our neighbors, we require your dog to be on a leash at all times when outside.
-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $100 "pet poop pickup fee."
-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated.
-- Please do not allow your pet on the beds or on our furniture.
-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay, and we will be filing reimbursement claims for any damage done.

Pet Fees:
- $50 minimum; please inquire about more than one pet.

There are Adirondack chairs outdoors for your use, a baby swing, and also a mowed walking trail surrounding the perimeter of the property.

Family:
To be able to accommodate families, we have the capacity to sleep eight. We have four bedrooms, each with all the bedding necessary to make them comfortable:
- 1 bedroom with two twin beds.
- 1 bedroom with a twin and trundle bed, as well as desk for office space.
- 2 bedrooms each with a full size bed.

There is a outdoor child’s playhouse on the back side of the house for your children to play in.
We provide a Pack-N-Play for your little one during your stay. We also have a security camera facing the front doors to monitor traffic. It is outside and will be on during your stay.

As this is a basement unit, there is the potential to hear noise from time to time from the upstairs. Quiet hours from 10PM-7AM are requested for the property. The unit is locked off and private from the upstairs.

Between the fenced off driveway and also the mowed area surrounding it, there is capacity for 4-5 vehicles to park for this unit.

10% of all of the proceeds from this will go towards helping the nonprofit, Operation Underground Railroad, for sex trafficking victims.

New Year’s Family Getaway

Our stay was warm, spacious, cozy, and an amazing place overall. Our family of 6 was comfortable and excited that they didn’t get to share beds. I am so happy we chose to stay at the Pearl house. Everything was really clean, and we even got little chocolates! The host was attentive and communicated well with us throughout our stay. The Pearl House is a fabulous place to stay. I totally recommend it!

Colorado Springs

We had an extended stay of nearly two weeks. We were conveniently located near USAF Academy and shopping, with a short commute to other area attractions. The property has a fantastic view of the mountains out the back. It is a quiet area. We enjoyed the spacious living area and bedrooms. There was fast internet for remote work. They were very gracious hosts, with clear communication and quick responses.

Peaceful and Great location

My mother in law joined my husband and I to celebrate our son’s promotion. The house was perfectly location close to my son’s home and plenty of restaurants. It was convenient to the freeway but still quiet and peaceful. It was the basement of the house but didn’t feel like a basement. Beds and furnishings were comfortable. There was as lots of unique art that added to the charm. The kitchenette was nicely equipped but for making meals. We only wanted for coffee and small snacks. The only thing we would like would be to be able to adjusts the temperature downstairs since there was no thermostat for the lower level.
