About this property

Master suite with Private bathroom. This is not an entire house this a master suite and all share kitchen on main level and two rooms and both have your own bathroom. There is an entrance on the main level and the lower level private beach and two story dock. Kitchen is on the main level overlooking the lake as well as dining room. Living room and entertainment room on the main level. Large deck with seating over looking the lake and a fire pit above the lake. Great area on the lake and only one neighbor and a wonderful lake front property. The kitchen has two refrigerators and freezers and one with ice maker. Gas stove, toaster, keurig, regular coffee maker, all cooking utnesils, gas grill on deck, blender, mixer, microwave and toaster. The washer ad dryer are on the main level. Off season we rent out by the room or by the level and both levels have there own entertainment room and both levels have a smart lock to enter the house. Fiber optic WiFi and TV stream. Plenty of parking. Three kayaks and a paddle board. Boat has life vests, rafts, noodles and full electric and tons of lounge chairs on the dock and beach. There is an entrance to park boat or ski trailers inside my fence line and have a boat tamp as well and dock has a rundown area and boat lift.

Lake Anna

Only there a short stay but property beautiful on the lake . Even though winter and cold I could imagine summer with family having a fantastic time

Take me away Lake Anna

What a beautiful couple days! The weather and water were perfect!! The house was in a great location. We loved having the dock to tie up our boat. The house was nice. Looks like they still have some renovating to do. Bring your own paper products.

Beware the SHARED space!!

We arrived to find people already in the house! We called the host and were told at that point that the downstairs was booked for another group (through Air B&B) and that both groups would be sharing the kitchen! Umm, that's not how VRBO works! The other group did not know about the shared space either, so we were both very surprised and kind of stuck. Everyone was respectful and we made it work, but 100% not truth in the listing. The house itself was ok, odd paint splotched in several places, TVs didn't work, way more remotes than TVs and none had working batteries, and it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. Communication with the host was odd, full of errors and repetitions. Overall very disappointing! They were nice people

This is the worst host I have dealt with

Due to a big winter storm blowing through, I was unable to stay at this property. I messaged the host two days before the stay to alert him and discuss options. He was slow to respond and ultimately, despite a very open schedule, would not work with me to rebook so I lost my money. I would never stay with his host again.

I’m from northern va and have owned on the lake since 1997.

Why they chose this property

One of the best areas on the public side of lake Anna and a smaller subdivision and golf cart friendly and not many homes. We have over an acre of land and deep water at the dock 7 to 11 feet depending on the season. A beach that walks out slowly to deeper water, private boat ramp and all trailers inside my fence line at the first entrance. Only one neighbor that sits close to the road on the left facing the lake. One of the number one fishing areas due to the underground road and bridge from when they dammed the lake. Two story dock with full electric and end of dock is 7 to 11 feet depending on seasonal rain. Not a high traffic area and we do not have any public ramps that add higher boat activity. High speed fiber optic WiFi. Off Monrovia Rd and Windway dr. Spotsylvania County. By water a few minutes to the Cove Restaurant and by land the Cove is less than three miles and they have fuel on the water and off the water and boat rentals. Timm’s Rivershore by land is three miles by water 25 minutes. Food lion, dollar general, ABC store, subway, pizza, nail salon, Chinese restaurant all off 208 and less than 8 miles. There are tons of breweries and wineries and historical sites within a mile to 20 miles.

What makes this property unique

You are in a unique original lake house with fully updated bathrooms, appliances, new roof, two story dock and new trek decking on lower level and the house has a large deck and screened in porch overlooking the lake with beautiful trees around, natural beach, tons of waterfront ,two story dock with full electric. Best area on the lake on the public side off 522 and Monrovia on Windway Dr.in Spotsylvania County and not a public ramp near us so we have way less traffic.
