Locust Lakes Village offers year-round activities at the community chalet. Swim or fish for bass (catch and release) in one of the three lakes, or enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding. We provide beach chairs, blankets, an umbrella, lake floats, a cooler, and beach toys—so you don’t need to bring your own. The property is just a short walk from one of the lakes. Tennis courts, hiking, and biking trails are also available, and we supply 4 bicycles for your use. In the winter, there’s a private ski and sledding hill for the kids.

-The home comes with 6 amenity badges for guests. You may be able to purchase more if needed at the community center
-License and permit is required for fishing (fees apply).
-The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay.

-Do not leave any unattended fires

-Dirt bikes are strictly prohibited.

-Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

-All guests must register with the community 72 hours prior to arrival. The community charges an additional $5 per car which the guest will have to pay.

-This property is located in a community that requires guest and vehicle registration for entry and access to amenities. Guests aged 12 and older must be registered. The booking covers 6 adults, and any additional guests aged 12 or older will need to pay a per-person registration fee. While we will not ask for your ID, please be aware that community staff or security at the gates or welcome center may request IDs for validation purposes upon arrival.

-Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

-Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.
