Why they chose this property
South Congress and the South River City area are the best part of Austin. Under 2 miles to the capital building and you are in a neighborhood setting in the middle of all the fun that South Congress (SOCO) has to offer. WALK EVERYWHERE-restaurants, bars, the stores of SOCO or run/hike on Town Lake.
What makes this property unique
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Beautiful update to a 1930 bungalow. Literally steps from South Congress. Modernized cooks kitchen and dining combine for a huge open area for eat, drink, hangout moments. Gorgeous and gigantic marble island. Maintaining the cozy bungalow style and a front parlor with french doors. The huge front porch with two porch swings let you sit and people watch over your morning coffee.
