House was great - centrally located so easy to get around, clean, warm, everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable. We stayed a week with weather so appreciated the heated garage for sure! Owner responded to questions quickly. I’d re-book here again in a heartbeat.
This is a house I definitely wanted to come back to for a birthday trip to Fairbanks with friends.
As always the house was great and super comfortable. Will definitely stay again if I can next time I go to Fairbanks.
The location is very convenient, closed to airport and downtown. Amenities are as it lists. Host provides everything. Cleanliness is excellent. Communication with host is quick, easy and very fast responding. We’re really have a great time staying here. I definitely recommend this place to friends and others who coming to Fairbanks.
We had a great stay at this home in Fairbanks. We stayed for 3 days and it had everything we needed for that time. Check in was easy, communication was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect stay all around!
The house was the perfect size. I wish there were a few more bowls for breakfast. The rooms were clean with comfy beds. Plenty of space. We contacted the host for one issue and he had it resolved completely very quickly. We will definitely look to stay here again when we next come back!
This house was the perfect place for us (2 adult couples) for the Fairbanks portion of our Alaska trip. It was a great size and location, immaculate as far as cleanliness and the host was fantastic at communicating. The Riverwalk path was right there for me to get my morning runs in, and we saw an incredible aurora display our last night there (went over to the canoe launch area by Heritage Park).I’d definitely stay there again!
We had a wonderful stay in Fairbanks and this home was very clean, we had easy, home was in a good neighborhood that we walked daily, and centrally located to everything. Thank you Juan
House was comfy and clean! Was really nice to be able to park in the heated garage. Pleasant walking neighborhood also. Juan was very communicative and check in was super easy.easy. We cooked several meals and
This was a great house to stay in. Very clean and easy to contact host. The house was close to the venue that we made a trip up from Wasilla for and we are already looking to stay again next time we come to Fairbanks.
Had a great stay at the property. Very clean and great floor plan for a family. The location could not have been better if you are looking for a place that is easy to get to any part of town! Juan was a super host as well and was a great help. We will definitely book again.
Two couples stayed at the property while we were exploring the area for 4 days / 3 nights. The property was centrally located to all we wanted to do. The bedrooms and house were very comfortable. We had a question as to the wifi log in and the manger responded and resolved very promptly.
The home was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is in a very convenient area. It is very easy to get to anywhere in Fairbanks and the surrounding area. The neighborhood is very nice and great for early morning and after dinner walks.
My wife, my son, and I went to Fairbanks to spend Thanksgiving with my daughter who is attending UAF and couldn’t get back home for the holiday.
We spent a week and had a blast. We went to Chena hot springs one night, the antique auto museum which had so many cars I’ve never seen before as well as period piece clothing for almost every car era. We went to craft fairs, movies, stopped by Santa’s house, and ice skating. It was so nice to come back at night and spend time in the large living room playing games or watching movies. We might just make this a tradition for the next few Thanksgiving breaks that my daughter will be in Fairbanks.
We stayed at the house for 4 days. It’s clean and cozy. Very convenient location. We are lucky enough to see the aurora for two days. The driveway is also cleaned prior to our arrival. The host is very responsive via text messages. Check in and check out process are smooth and easy. Will recommend this place.
It was my wife and I along with another couple. This property worked out perfect. Check in-out could not have been easier. The house had plenty of room, was clean and nicely appointed. The neighborhood was very nice and though we did not walk it, we would have felt very safe doing so at any time. From the location it is easy to get to just about anywhere in Fairbanks very quickly. If we get back to Fairbanks (for possible aurora watching) we will definitely try to stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars.
