Disappointing start, good finish
We should be getting a partial refund on the stay.When we arrived the dishwasher and washer had out of order signs on them that had been on there for a long time.We were staying for a month and a washer was a must have for that length of stay.We booked this property based on having a washer in the home and we were 2 weeks,several phone calls and lots of headaches without one.After several calls,they agreed to try to get them fixed.Washer was too expensive to fix and they decided to bring in a new one.We had to move places 3 times before we could settle into our rental.We spent 2 days stuck in the home waiting on the delivery of new washer because we had moved back into that rental and we didn't want to leave our belongings in an unlocked rental while delivery guys were coming.They didn't show up the first day they were supposed to so that was a wasted day for us.Finally showed up on 2nd date.Owner has agreed to a part refund but we haven't seen it yet.After we could finally settle into our rental as it was advertised it was a good stay.Home needs a deep clean and there is some mold on ceilings.We've rented from Vrbo several times and haven't had a property that was misrepresented so it was disappointing.We debated about leaving after the disappointing arrival and first 2 weeks of challenges with the property.Anything you can do to help with our refund would be greatly appreciated.
