Nice location walking distance to beach

The property was in a good location. Is a very busy highway by the drawbridge. Kitchen was well stocked. Was surprised there wasn’t a washer and dryer in condo itself. After years of renting I never considered there wouldn’t be one inside each individual condo but here you share a common laundry that you must pay for. Who wants to spend time running to the washer/dryer to check clothes while on vacation? Not myself! Disappointed to say the least. Property was clean and maintained.

Wintering in Largo

We really enjoyed our stay at the Indian Springs condo this winter. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed inside to more than meet our needs. The community is terrific with lots of great people. The community is located just a short walk to the gulf with ready access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We have already recommended to family and friends.

Lovely Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was work related and the condo was perfect. When we could get there, the beach access was great! The unit was well equipped with everything you could need and it was nicely furnished. The beds were comfy and the location was really convenient for everything we needed to do! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with the rental was good. The unit was clean and quiet. Close to the beach, close to all shopping and restaurants. Met some very nice people in the complex. It needs a few upgrades.
