Casa La Villita is a spectacular 14 bedroom 17 bath boutique villa located beach side in lower Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta. To book fewer rooms at a reduced fee, please contact us first. This spacious villa is filled with Mexican charm, decorated in bright festive colours with Mexican artwork, the attention to detail however, is truly found in the traditional artisan telavera throughout. It comes with a full complement of staff to serve your every need. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with warm Mexican hospitality, every whim and desire is satisfied, your stay can be as pampered as you wish and you can be ensured that it will be a memorable one. Enjoy the delicious fare (Mexican and International cuisine) made from fresh local ingredients and prepared lovingly by our long term chef. Each meal can be catered and served in one of the many indoor or outdoor dining areas. Lounge by the pool, enjoy an afternoon bar-b-q at the out door grill or soak up the sun on our roof top deck as you watch the whales and dolphins pass by. The roof top terrace comes complete with a palapa bar, not to be missed are the stunning sunsets while enjoying a drink. Enjoy one of our many terraces before really relaxing your body in the hot tub. We welcome families, if you have small children joining you, we have a variety of games, movies and a play structure on site to keep them entertained.

Amazing retreat
I stayed at Casa La Villita as part of a company retreat. We had SUCH a great time. Karla, Fili, and the rest of the staff were super easy to communicate with, and they were endlessly patient with all of our questions and requests. The location is ideal, the food was delicious (including vegetarian/vegan options), everything was always very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much!

Amazing multi family get away!
We just returned from an amazing stay at Casa La Villita. We had 4 families - 18 total people - and this villa is laid out perfectly large groups. There are so many gathering places within the property that we never felt crowded, but we were able to comfortably all be together. The staff is beyond wonderful. Fili, Victor, Maria and Claudia were professional, friendly and made our stay even better. We weren't sure if we were going to use the chef services before we arrived, but after dinner the first night, we were hooked! Every meal was delicious, and Fili's suggestions were spot on. We had a couple of picky eaters (kids) and they were also taken care of wonderfully. Karla worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed before our arrival and checked in with us while we were there to make sure our stay was going well. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends, and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Casa La Villita for helping make our vacation a great getaway.

Amazingly warm and peaceful home
The staff were absolutely perfect and charming! The house was very clean and offered the perfect accommodations for 14 girls on a bachelorette party, we always felt very safe and taken care of. The walk to the beach from the house was about half a block and the water was also clean and perfect! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Perfection
I just stayed at Casa La Villta for a bachelorette party of 14 girls. Everything was so incredible and perfect, there are no words to describe it! The villa is absolutely stunning and was in top condition, with views of the ocean from every level. The villa is Spanish style with gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms, air conditioning in practically every room, plenty of lounging areas outside with stunning views, and a nice pool set up with a waterfall. We were welcomed with margaritas and cold towels and were treated like royalty from that moment until the moment we left. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly and really just outstanding. Especially Fili (house manager), he was there to address our every need, helping us make reservations and call taxis and really assist us with anything we needed. Even before we came Karla (the owner) was extremely helpful in answering questions and helping us make arrangements, including having a yoga instructor and masseur come to the house during our stay. And the food was delicious, every meal felt like we were being served at a high-end restaurant. Everything about the weekend exceeded my expectations, and all the girls'! They all were raving on the way home about what a great weekend it was and the amazing service! The beauty of the villa and the staff really set this place apart.

Breathtaking
This home & staff are truly amazing. We had a private yoga class on premises. The staff arranged golf, scuba & even babysat one night. The home is equipped for small children; toys, highchair & crib. The owner was a pleasure to work with, ease of booking any very accomodating with prearrival requests. Wonderful location, beautiful views the PERFECT vacation home.

Fantastic!!
Casa La Villita is an absolute pleasure to stay at. Karal was fantastic taking care of every detail before our trip, and the staff was absolutely fantastic once we got there. There was never one thing we had to worry about because the fabulous staff took care of everything. Oh, and the food is fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing
We stayed at the Casa La Villita in Puerto Vallarta over spring break with a group of 14. Our group ranging from age 1 - 73 and the Villa was perfect. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool area is stunning and it's a very short walk to the beach. The kids had lots of fun searching for crabs and fish at the beach. The Villa has a wonderful staff, including Victor and Filly who helped us out with everything from transportation to booking adventures to setting up balloons and a piñata for a birthday party. The food was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend Casa La Villia! We loved it!

Fantastic stay, excellent staff, A+ service
The villa is excellent. Karla and her staff take great care of you, fantastic communication throughout the whole process and during the stay. They make things very easy for you, cook fantastic meals, and make sure to take care of you throughout your stay. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a beautiful villa that can comfortably fit 20+ people, right on a private beach! Happy to return the moment I get a chance.

The Royal Treatment
We were made to feel like royalty during our stay at Casa La Villita. Leading up to it, we started planning 6 months out for my best friend's milestone 50th birthday. We debated locales for the typically bitter cold January we experience in Chicago. We knew it had to be somewhere warm, easily accessible for a part of our group who could only come for a long weekend, and an overall good value. We quickly ruled out Hawaii, Costa Rica, and a few others, to all agree on Puerto Vallarta as the perfect destination for us. For our next decision--- where to stay-- the birthday boy himself knew that he wanted an intimate setting that would be large and comfortable enough to accommodate 12 of us and allow us to mostly "hang out". We were fortunate that one of our group has been going to PV for 20+ years and intimately knows the ins and outs of different locations. He advised that for our group, we wanted to be in/near to Old Town. He also advised that we wanted to be as close to the beach as possible. Although a lot of the houses in the hills may have beautiful vistas, it is not convenient to go up and down to get into town/to the beach. After much research and personal recommendations, we found Casa La Villita. It suited all of our initial needs: close to/on top of the beach, perfect # of bedrooms (10 and they're adding 2!), comfortably appointed, and well-staffed. And that was just the research! Our first experience of great service came from the owner herself, Karla. She guided us through all the options that we needed: the dates, ability to accommodate our long weekenders, hosting a birthday party at the house... you name it. She was and continues to be super responsive and engaged. Once in PV, we were met at the airport by transportation arranged by Karla and whisked off to CLV. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, led by Filly and served fresh cocktails (Filly already knew our preferences). They then took us on a tour of the property. I think there is where we all were completely entranced-- the vistas first and foremost: from every level-- sweeping views of the azul-blue Pacific, and some of the old town itself. We continued to be amazed by the bedrooms-- all facing the beach, charmingly decorated, and most important: comfortable beds. As we lived our week there, we became more and more aware of what a treasure Filly, Victor, and the rest of the staff were: the place was spotless always, every need we had was addressed. The

Spoiled in paradise
This beautiful, immaculate villa has an amazing staff to meet your every need. We spent 10 days with a group of friends and have never been so well cared for. Spectacular Mexican Experience!
This was the perfect location for a reunion with old friends! Plenty of space at the villa for everyone to have their own living space, balanced with a variety of common areas to enjoy each other's company. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool for hours on end, while the adults enjoyed visits on the pool deck with a drink in hand. Fabulously prepared meals served in the open dining area by the friendliest of staff and sunsets enjoyed on the upper balcony after dinner. We enjoyed walks into town to hit the markets and visited the beach only minutes from the villa. It truly is a unique experience and I would recommend it for family reunions, gathering with friends or a wedding celebration.

Great property for gathering the family.
Large families have a hard time finding one property to accommodate everyone. We have 8 discriminating adults and 9 children under 8 and we never went offsite. Food excellent staff very accommodating and rooms were all good. Location beautiful. Mexico at its best.

Beautiful views, great service, unforgettable experience
The villa is beautiful in every way - spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely common spaces and porches overlooking breathtaking views, awesome pool area and hot tub, friendly staff. Every need was accounted for and the space was perfect for a big group of friends looking for a fun get away or a family looking to relax on the beach or pool.

Fantastic property with a top staff!
The house was even better than the pictures. They do not do it justice. The staff was fantastic, accommodating, and took excellent care of our entire group. They thought through everything we might need and if we wanted anything else, all we had to do was ask. The house is convenient to downtown but honestly, with the pool and beach right there I don't know why you would need to leave! Thanks to the entire team!

Extraordinary. Can't wait till next year's visit!
Every year a group of us plan a vacation together. This year we were 7 couples with 3 young kids. We'd previously gone to Hawaii, but this year we wanted to try the Puerto Vallarta Area. After researching 50+ villas (many here on VRBO - one of my favorite owner rental sites), we settled on Karla's place Casa La Villita. Partly it was because it was close to town, at the ocean, the right large size - but it was also I just got a really good feeling from the listing and from talking to Karla. She was super responsive, offered great advice, and seemed like she genuinely cared. I'm happy to say after our 9 day trip earlier this month, that my intuition was right. The property was extraordinary. Great location, well maintained, amazing view's, and exceptional staff. I thought before that 4 villa staff would be too many, or they'd be "under-foot", and many of my party that the same (as in Hawaii, we did everything ourselves in past years). Amazingly, the staff were great at being of service, but out of the way. Having them serve breakfast and dinner, and cleaning up around us, helped us so much. It let us focus on connecting as friends and "family", and having time with our kids. We didn't have to think about grocery shopping, or cleaning up, or making beds. Karla also had great advice on local restaurants and a great babysitting service - so we truly felt cared for, across the board. I'm already planning dates for next year, as we plan to return to the area, and the villa, as our experience was such an upgrade from Hawaii. I so appreciate Karla for what she's creating with her place, and staff. Thank you!

I grew up in Calgary, Canada and moved away from home at 17 to study hotel management in Switzerland. That pivotal decision impacted my future, both creating a desire to travel armed with top notch education which allowed me to work in many different countries. I first experienced Puerto Vallarta in 1999 when I came down to be part of the opening team for Four Seasons, Punta Mita. They say once the water of Vallarta is in your blood, you will always return. So it was.

Why they chose this property

I first saw Casa La Villita in 2002, it was a love affair for over 8 years, which eventually culminated in the purchase of this incredible property in 2010. We bought this property because of it's magic, the feeling of home and the incredible location, close to the beach and town.

What makes this property unique

The energy in and around our villa is what attracted us. The colours and the mexican design with the traditional artisan telavera tile. The waterfall that cascades into the pool, the amount of space, you can be a party of 20 and not feel at all cramped. Last but not least, the incredible ocean views, you can't beat sitting up on the roof top and enjoying a drink while watching the whales breach. A bonus for us is its amazing location, our property is gated and private, yet still close to everything and surrounded by lush green foliage, we have mango trees, avocado trees, lime trees and all of the flowers. The beach is located out our back gate and you can walk into town. We are also blessed with an amazing staff, who go out of their way to make not only us feel special but also our guests.
